At their core, firms competing through international technology-based strategies rely on an organization system that uses a strong culture to bond human assets, senior leadership, and resources together in ways that cultivate and promote core competencies and capabilities. This paper presents empirical tests of the relationship between these factors and organization success. The study is based on the analysis of fifty-six case studies.
