Objective To analyze the cement emission stacks dispersion using AERMOD and lung capacity of the surrounding society. Method The type of this research is spatial data analysis by using a cross-sectional study. The populations in this research are the eligible society that resides in radius Result Body mass index (Sig: 0.011), passive smokers (Sig: 0.003), ambient air (Sig: 0.000) and model of Stacks Dispersion emission in the morning and night using AERMOD indicates that parameter PM2,5, dust, NO2, SO2, and CO indicates that relationship phase toward society lung capacity. Analysis of bifilar logistic regression obtaining two variables that most determines toward respondent's lung are variable ambient air quality (p = 0.000 and OR = 5.565), passive smokers (p = 0.013 and OR = 2.028). Conclusion Stacks emission's dispersion possesses the air in the circle until the radius 3 km. The ambient air and the passive smokers give the most significant effect on society's lung capacity condition which resides in the cement industry circle.
