ab initio multiconfiguration interaction method HXR with relativistic corrections was used to calculate the energy levels and oscillator strengths of Ne-like ions AlIV–MnXVI. Strong local configuration interactions between 2s2p 6 3 l and 2s 2 2p 5 nl exist in these ions. Their effect on the level structure and transition oscillator strengths was analyzed. The wavelengths and weighted oscillator strengthens of 2s2p 6 3d–2s2p 6 3p, 2s2p 6 3p–2s2p 6 3s transitions were listed.

On the basis of isoelectronic comparison between the existing experimental energy levels of the 24p4 and 4s4p5 configurations and the values calculated using Hartree-Fock method including configuration interaction and relativistic correction in Se-like SrV-AgXIV ions, some energy values of the 4s24p4 and 4s4p5 configurations in RuXI, RhXII, PdXIII, and AgXIV ions are improved and the energies, wavelengths and transition probabilities of the 4s24p4-4s4p5 transition array in AgXIV, CdXV, and InXVI ions are predicted.
