9th International Strategic Management Conference -- JUN 27-29, 2013 -- Riga, LATVIA, WOS: 000346088300020, Peer-to-Peer, also known as P2P, is an alternative to the client-server distribution model. Millions of consumers are routinely exchanging digital content files over P2P networks. The purpose of this paper is to determine the P2P constructs associated with P2P file sharing and to investigate relationships between the constructs and satisfaction and intention. A questionnaire consisted of three parts was conducted on people (N=1360) living in the province of Eskisehir, Turkey. The results of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression analysis revealed four valid motivation constructs (convenience, experience sharing, innovation adoption and altruism) and indicate that these constructs have directly effect on satisfaction and behavioral intention., Int Strateg Management & Managers Assoc

The chemical investigation of the CH2Cl2/MeOH (1:1) extract of the trunk bark and leaves of Baphia leptobotrys Harms (Fabaceae) led to the isolation of nineteen compounds (1–19). Their structures were elucidated based on the analysis of their NMR and MS data. Except for compounds 3–5, 14 and 15, all the isolated compounds are reported from the genus Baphia for the first time. Furthermore, compounds 8, 10, 16, 17 are isolated from the Fabaceae family for the first time. The crude extract and isolated compounds were screened in vitro for their antileishmanial activity against Leishmania donovani 1S (MHOM/SD/62/1S) promastigotes and cytotoxicity towards Raw 264.7 macrophage cells. The crude extract of B. leptobotrys exhibited moderate activity (IC50 = 63.40 μg/mL). Amongst the tested compounds, ergosterol peroxide (9) and germanicol caffeoyl ester (8) exhibited good activity with IC50 values of 9.43 and 10.24 μM, respectively and showed acceptable selectivity towards macrophage cells (SI > 3.85). The chemophenetic significance of these compounds is also discussed.

Eskisehir is located in the Central Anatolian Region, on a junction linking Anatolia with the west. Its unique nature and features that make it different from other cities endow Eskisehir with a distinct character. These differences stem from the city's natural landscape, as well as, its manmade recreational areas that were later created, which reinforced the city's image and identity. In its October 2014 issue, the Worldwide Traveler advertised Eskisehir – which it described as virtually being a European city in the middle of Anatolia with its excellent architecture, bridges, and canals – as a city that will leave a memorable impression in the minds and hearts of its visitors with its unique characteristics. Eskisehir, with its historical buildings, green parks, charming and always lively hangouts, convenient local transportation, and its status as being a youth and cultural center, has the potential to attract both domestic and foreign travelers.

AGILE is an Italian Space Agency mission dedicated to the exploration of the gamma-ray Universe. The AGILE, very innovative instrument, combines for the first time a gamma-ray imager (sensitive in the range 30 MeV–50 GeV) and a hard X-ray imager (sensitive in the range 18–60 keV). An optimal angular resolution and very large fields of view are obtained by the use of state-of-the-art Silicon detectors integrated in a very compact instrument. AGILE was successfully launched on April 23, 2007 from the Indian base of Sriharikota and was inserted in an optimal low-particle background equatorial orbit. AGILE will provide crucial data for the study of Active Galactic Nuclei, Gamma-Ray Bursts, unidentified gamma-ray sources, galactic compact objects, supernova remnants, TeV sources, and fundamental physics by microsecond timing. The AGILE Cycle-1 pointing program started on 2007 December 1, and is open to the international community through a Guest Observer Program.

The detection of Energetic Neutral Particles (ENP) above 10 eV can unequivocally relate a surface-bound exosphere to surface features and can monitor instantaneously the effect of plasma precipitation onto the surface. In the framework of a mission to Jupiter's moons, 2D imaging of plasma precipitation will provide important information on the plasma circulation at the orbits of the moons. Furthermore, a joint measurement of precipitating ions will permit an estimation of the efficiency of the release process. Coupled measurements of ENP and gas composition will improve our knowledge of surface release mechanisms. Ganymede's and Europa's Neutral Imaging Experiment (GENIE) is a high-angular-resolution detector, based on the ToF (Time of Flight) technique, that can detect ENP (energy range >10 eV-few keV) in the Jupiter environment thanks to an innovative design and technology. Its objective is to map the sites of origin of the ENP of the icy moons' exospheres to investigate the interaction between the surface and the environment. Finally, coupling GENIE with an ion sensor and a mass spectrometer will be an outstanding opportunity to better understand the magnetosphere-moon coupling within the Jupiter system and compare the surface interaction with plasma in the diverse moons. In this paper, the scientific objectives and requirements of ENP detection are summarized and the description of the innovative design concept of GENIE is given, together with the signal and background noise simulation.

At the core of the AGILE scientific instrument, designed to operate on a satellite, there is the Gamma Ray Imaging Detector (GRID) consisting of a Silicon Tracker (ST), a Cesium Iodide Mini-Calorimeter and an Anti-Coincidence system of plastic scintillator bars. The ST needs an on-ground calibration with a g-ray beam to validate the simulation used to calculate the energy response function and the effective area versus the energy and the direction of the g rays. A tagged g-ray beam line was designed at the Beam Test Facility (BTF) of the INFN Laboratori Nazionali of Frascati (LNF), based on an electron beam generating g-rays through bremsstrahlung in a position-sensitive target. The g-ray energy is deduced by difference with the post-bremsstrahlung electron energy [1,2]. The electron energy is measured by a spectrometer consisting of a dipole magnet and an array of position sensitive silicon strip detectors, the Photon Tagging System (PTS). The use of the combined BTF-PTS system as tagged photon beam requires understanding the efficiency of g-ray tagging, the probability of fake tagging, the energy resolution and Contents lists available at SciVerse ScienceDirect

AGILE, the small scientific mission of the Italian Space Agency devoted to Hard-X and Gamma-ray astrophysics, was successfully launched on April 23, 2007. The AGILE payload is composed of a tungsten-silicon tracker (ST), operating in the gamma-ray energy range 30 MeV–50 GeV; Super-AGILE, an X-ray imager operating in the energy range 15–45 keV; the Minicalorimeter (MCAL) and an Anticoincidence shield. MCAL is a detector of about 1400 cm2 sensitive in the range 0.3–200 MeV, that can be used both as a slave of the ST to contribute to the AGILE Gamma Ray imaging Detector (GRID operative mode) and autonomously for detection of transient events (BURST operative mode). MCAL is made of 30 CsI(Tl) bar-shaped scintillation detectors with photodiode readout at both ends, arranged in two orthogonal layers. Energy and position of interaction can be derived from a proper composition of the signals readout at the bar's ends, absolute time tagging can be achieved with a μ s resolution. The Burst logic deals with various rate-meters on different time scales, energy bands, and MCAL spatial zones. Different algorithms can be chosen for Burst triggering considering also the contribution of other detectors like Super AGILE. In this paper the various trigger logic will be reviewed as well as their on-ground test performed with a dedicated experimental setup.

SuperAGILE is a coded mask experiment based on silicon microstrip detectors. It operates in the 15-45 keV nominal energy range, providing crossed one-dimensional images of the X-ray sky with an on-axis angular resolution of 6 arcmin, over a field of view in excess of 1 steradian. It was designed as the hard X-ray monitor of the AGILE space mission, a small satellite of the Italian Space Agency devoted to image the gamma-ray sky in the 30 MeV - 50 GeV energy band. The AGILE mission was launched in a low-earth orbit on 23^{rd} April 2007. In this paper we describe the SuperAGILE experiment, its construction and test processes, and its performance before flight, based on the on-ground test and calibrations., Comment: Nucl. AGILE is an ASI space mission for high energy astrophysics in the gamma ray energy range 30MeV-50GeV, and in the X-ray band (10keV-40keV). AGILE is composed of three detecting systems: a Tungsten-Silicon Tracker, a Csl Mini-Calorimeter and a Silicon based X-ray detector (Super-Agile), plus an anticoincidence system for background rejection. The satellite will have good imaging performances (with angular resolution of a few arc-minutes in the gamma ray band), good timing resolution and a large field of view (about 1/5 of the sky). AGILE high energy detector is composed of a Silicon Tracker, a Mini-Calorimeter, the Anticoincidence and the Data Handling system The Mini-Calorimeter can also work as a stand-alone gamma ray detector in the energy range 250keV-250MeV, with no imaging capabilities, for the detection of transients and gamma ray burst events and for the evaluation of gamma ray background fluctuations. The Mini-Calorimeter is made of 30 independent elements of 37.5 × 2.3 × 1.5 cm stacked in two layers. Each detector scintillator signal is read out via two photodiodes glued on the small surfaces of the bar. The characteristics of the engineering model detectors has been deeply investigated and will be reported.

AGILE is an ASI (Italian Space Agency) small space mission for high energy astrophysics in the gamma ray energy range 30MeV–50GeV, and in the X-ray band 10keV–40keV. AGILE is composed of three scientific detectors: a TungstenSilicon Tracker, a CsI Mini-Calorimeter and a Silicon based X-ray detector (Super-Agile), moreover an anticoincidence system carries out background rejection. The satellite’s payload will have good imaging performances (with angular resolution of a few arc-minutes in the gamma ray band), good timing resolution and a large field of view (about 1/5 of the sky). AGILE detection principle is based on the pair production process that arises from the interaction between high energy photons and the Tungsten layers of the Silicon Tracker. The Silicon Tracker is designed to determine the direction of the incoming radiation, while the Mini-Calorimeter evaluates the energy of the interacting photons. The Mini-Calorimeter can also work as a stand-alone gamma ray detector in the energy range 250keV–250MeV, with no imaging capabilities, for the detection of transients and gamma ray burst events (in cooperation with Super-Agile) and for the evaluation of gamma ray background fluctuations. In this paper a description of the Mini-Calorimeter is done.

SuperAGILE is the X-ray monitor of AGILE, a satellite mission for gamma-ray astronomy, and it is the first X-ray imaging instrument based on the technology of the silicon microstrip detectors combined with a coded aperture imaging technique. The SuperAGILE detection plane is composed of four 1-D silicon microstrip detector modules, mechanically coupled to tungsten coded mask units. The detector strips are separately and individually connected to the input analogue channels of the front-end electronics, composed of low-noise and low-power consumption VLSI ASIC chips. SuperAGILE can produce 1-D images with 6 arcmin angular resolution and ∼2–3 arcmin localisation capability, for intense sources, in a field of view composed of two orthogonal areas of 107°×68°. The time resolution is 2 μs, the overall dead time is ∼5 μs and the electronic noise is ∼7.5 keV full-width at half-maximum. The resulting instrument is very compact (40×40×14 cm 3 ), light (10 kg) and has low power consumption (12 W). AGILE is a mission of the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana and its launch is planned in 2007 in a low equatorial Earth orbit. In this contribution we present SuperAGILE and discuss its performance and scientific objectives.

Cross sections were determined in the Δ(1232) excitation region for the reactions 3He(γ, π+)3H, 3 He (γ, π + ) nd,nnp and 3 He (γ, π − ) ppp at several photon energies and pion emission angles. Inclusive charged-pion photoproduction spectra were measured with a magnetic spectrometer using quasi-monochromatic positron-annihilation photons. Quasi-free mechanisms have been clearly observed, but pion-nucleon and nucleon-nucleon rescattering and Pauli exclusion mechanisms must be considered to explain the trend of the data for the different channels.
