We present the program SuSpect3 that calculates the masses and couplings of the Higgs and supersymmetric particles predicted by the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The model is implemented in both its non-constrained version, the MSSM, and its constrained versions, such as the minimal supergravity and the gauge or anomaly mediated supersymmetry breaking models, in which the soft supersymmetry–breaking parameters obey certain universal boundary conditions at the high energy scale. The low energy parameters are then obtained using renormalization group equations and electroweak symmetry breaking, and all the dominant radiative corrections have been consistently implemented. SuSpect3 is a major rewrite, in C++ object oriented programming, of the FORTRAN code SuSpect. It includes all the features of the earlier code in an improved and updated manner, and involves new options such as compressed SUSY scenarios, an MSSM-inflation model and the possibility of using the observed Higgs mass as an input. We describe a major extension of the SOFTSUSY spectrum calculator to include the calculation of the decays, branching ratios and lifetimes of sparticles into lighter sparticles, covering the next-to-minimal supersymmetric standard model (NMSSM) as well as the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). This document acts as a manual for the new version of SOFTSUSY , which includes the calculation of sparticle decays. We describe an extension of the SOFTSUSY spectrum calculator to include two-loop supersymmetric QCD (SUSYQCD) corrections of order O ( α s 2 ) to gluino and squark pole masses, either in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) or the next-to-minimal supersymmetric standard model (NMSSM). micrOMEGAs is a code to compute dark matter observables in generic extensions of the standard model. This version of micrOMEGAs includes a generalization of the Boltzmann equations to take into account the possibility of two dark matter candidates. The modification of the relic density calculation to include interactions between the two dark matter sectors as well as semi-annihilation is presented. Both dark matter signals in direct and indirect detection are computed as well. An extension of the standard model with two scalar doublets and a singlet is used as an example. We explore the effects of three-loop minimal supersymmetric standard model renormalisation group equation terms and some leading two-loop threshold corrections on gauge and Yukawa unification: each being one loop higher order than current public spectrum calculators. We also explore the effect of the higher order terms (often 2–3 GeV) on the lightest CP even Higgs mass prediction. We illustrate our results in the constrained minimal supersymmetric standard model. Neglecting threshold corrections at the grand unified scale, the discrepancy between the unification scale α s and the other two unified gauge couplings changes by 0.1% due to the higher order corrections and the difference between unification scale bottom-tau Yukawa couplings neglecting unification scale threshold corrections changes by up to 1%. The difference between unification scale bottom and top Yukawa couplings changes by a few percent. Differences due to the higher order corrections also give an estimate of the size of theoretical uncertainties in the minimal supersymmetric standard model spectrum. We use these to provide estimates of theoretical uncertainties in predictions of the dark matter relic density (which can be of order one due to its strong dependence on sparticle masses) and the LHC sparticle production cross-section (often around 30%). The additional higher order corrections have been incorporated into SOFTSUSY , and we provide details on how to compile and use the program. We also provide a summary of the approximations used in the higher order corrections. We present and publish a Mathematica package, which can be used to automatically obtain any numerical MSSM input parameter from SUSY spectrum generators, which follow the SLHA standard, like SPheno, SOFTSUSY, SuSeFLAV or Suspect. The package enables a very comfortable way of numerical evaluations within the MSSM using Mathematica. It implements easy to use predefined high scale and low scale scenarios like mSUGRA or and if needed enables the user to directly specify the input required by the spectrum generators. In addition it supports an automatic saving and loading of SUSY spectra to and from a SQL data base, avoiding the rerun of a spectrum generator for a known spectrum. micrOMEGAs is a code to compute dark matter observables in generic extensions of the standard model. This new version of micrOMEGAs is a major update which includes a generalization of the Boltzmann equations to accommodate models with asymmetric dark matter or with semi-annihilation and a first approach to a generalization of the thermodynamics of the Universe in the relic density computation. Furthermore a switch to include virtual vector bosons in the final states in the annihilation cross sections or relic density computations is added. Effective operators to describe loop-induced couplings of Higgses to two-photons or two-gluons are introduced and reduced couplings of the Higgs are provided allowing for a direct comparison with recent LHC results. A module that computes the signature of DM captured in celestial bodies in neutrino telescopes is also provided. Moreover the direct detection module has been improved as concerns the implementation of the strange “content” of the nucleon. New extensions of the standard model are included in the distribution. This article describes the code SusHi (for “Supersymmetric Higgs”) [108] which calculates the cross sections in gluon fusion and bottom-quark annihilation in the SM and the MSSM, where is any of the neutral Higgs bosons within these models. Apart from inclusive cross sections up to NNLO QCD, differential cross sections with respect to the Higgs transverse momentum and (pseudo-)rapidity can be calculated through NLO QCD. In the case of gluon fusion, SusHi contains NLO QCD contributions from the third family of quarks and squarks, NNLO corrections due to top-quarks, approximate NNLO corrections due to top-squarks, and electro-weak effects. It supports various renormalization schemes for the sbottom sector and the bottom Yukawa coupling, as well as resummation effects of higher order -enhanced sbottom contributions. Abstract: Accurate supersymmetric spectra are required to confront data from direct and indirect searches of supersymmetry. SuSeFLAV 1 [1] http://cts.iisc.ernet.in/Suseflav/main.html. is a numerical tool capable of computing supersymmetric spectra precisely for various supersymmetric breaking scenarios applicable even in the presence of flavor violation. The program solves MSSM RGEs with complete flavor mixing at 2-loop level and one loop finite threshold corrections to all MSSM parameters by incorporating radiative electroweak symmetry breaking conditions. The program also incorporates the Type-I seesaw mechanism with three massive right handed neutrinos at user defined mass scales and mixing. Inter-generational mixing is considered while calculating the mass spectrum. Iterative procedure is employed to get the consistent radiative electroweak symmetry breaking condition. The masses of the supersymmetric particles are computed at 1-loop order. The third generation SM particles and the gauge couplings are evaluated at the 1-loop order including supersymmetric corrections. A further iteration of the full program is employed such that the SM masses and couplings are consistent with the supersymmetric particle spectrum. Abstract: A Higgs-like particle with mass of order 125 GeV has been observed by both ATLAS and CMS experiments. This Higgs mass causes sparticle masses in the several to multi-TeV range in the simple version of minimal GMSB models. We consider the effects of messenger–matter mixing on the lightest CP–even Higgs boson mass in gauge–mediated supersymmetry breaking models. We find with such mixings a 125 GeV Higgs boson can be naturally obtained even with a sub–TeV SUSY spectrum, and when the gravitino has a cosmologically preferred sub–keV mass. In addition, when these models are embedded into a grand unification framework with a flavor symmetry they explain the fermion mass hierarchy and generate naturally large neutrino mixing angles accompanied with small quark mixing angles. While SUSY mediated flavor changing processes are sufficiently suppressed in such an embedding, it can resolve the apparent discrepancy in the CP asymmetry parameters and , and it predicts an observable decay rate. The orbifolder is a program developed in C++ that computes and analyzes the low-energy effective theory of heterotic orbifold compactifications. The program includes routines to compute the massless spectrum, to identify the allowed couplings in the superpotential, to automatically generate large sets of orbifold models, to identify phenomenologically interesting models (e.g. MSSM-like models) and to analyze their vacuum configurations. The program SOFTSUSY can calculate tree-level neutrino masses in the R-parity violating minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) with real couplings. At tree-level, only one neutrino acquires a mass, in contradiction with neutrino oscillation data. Here, we describe an extension to the SOFTSUSY program which includes one-loop R-parity violating effectsʼ contributions to neutrino masses and mixing. Including the one-loop effects refines the radiative electroweak symmetry breaking calculation, and may result in up to three massive, mixed neutrinos. Strategies of searches for the Higgs boson with the ATLAS detector at the LHC are discussed using data from 2010 and 2011. A summary of the sensitivity of ATLAS to discover a Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson is shown for the following decay channels: , , , , . Some prospects for the Minimal Supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model (MSSM) Higgs searches in the channel are also included with as well as search for a generic scalar at low mass in the vicinity of the ϒ resonance, decaying to a pair of muons. Abstract: We present a new module of micrOMEGAs devoted to the computation of indirect signals from dark matter annihilation in any new model with a stable weakly interacting particle. Abstract: We present SUSY_FLAVOR – a Fortran 77 program that calculates important leptonic and semi-leptonic low-energy observables in the general R-parity conserving MSSM. micrOMEGAs 2.0 is a code which calculates the relic density of a stable massive particle in an arbitrary model. The underlying assumption is that there is a conservation law like R-parity in supersymmetry which guarantees the stability of the lightest odd particle. The new physics model must be incorporated in the notation of CalcHEP, a package for the automatic generation of squared matrix elements. Once this is done, all annihilation and coannihilation channels are included automatically in any model. Cross-sections at , relevant for indirect detection of dark matter, are also computed automatically. The package includes three sample models: the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM), the MSSM with complex phases and the NMSSM.
