In 2018, a National AMR surveillance standard operating procedure was developed and implemented in Cambodia, monitoring priority blood and cerebrospinal fluid pathogens at eight sentinel sites. B Background: b Reliable and accurate antibiotic susceptibility test reporting is critical for patient care and global antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance. The Diagnostic Microbiology Development Program (DMDP) strengthens diagnostic microbiology testing in four provincial hospital sentinel sites and the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) with long term on-site mentoring and testing supplies.
