Telenavigation (TN) is an innovative cancer follow-up method for oncology nurses. Little is known about the effectiveness of tele-navigation on cancer patients. This study investigated the opinions of healthcare providers (HCPs) and colorectal cancer patients' experience regarding patient follow-up with TN. This is a phenomenological qualitative study. Semistructured interviews were conducted with fifteen patients and eight healthcare providers. Participants were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected from March to October 2022 and analyzed by thematic content analysis. Six themes emerged that described the experiences of TN: (1) beneficial; (2) psychological state; (3) level of knowledge, (4) technology, (5) health care system, and (6) recommendations. Patients and HCPs found TN practice helpful and reassuring and they recommended expanding these practices within the health system. As a result of the research, the TN program is described as beneficial to patients and healthcare providers. The TN follow-up is a beneficial implication for colorectal cancer patients undergoing treatment, and it deserves to be more widely deployed. It brings reassurance regarding psychological, reliable data access, and home follow-up. Patients and HCPs reported positive views on telephone follow-up. There is a recommendation that the innovative follow-up technique should be disseminated to the healthcare system and that cancer nurses should be more familiar with this method. This paper presents dispersive optical solitons that are governed by the Schrödinger–Hirota equation (SHe) with power law nonlinearity. Optical solitons and solitary wave solutions are sought for the SHe with power law nonlinearity in the sense of the Bäcklund transformation. The first integral method (FIM) is applied to reach the different type solutions of the time fractional Kaup-Boussinesq (fKB) system with time dependent coefficient. It is obtained the envelope, bell shaped, triangular and kink soliton solutions of this equation. Summary: Objective: The aim of this study was to describe rabies suspected animal bites and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) practices in Narlidere District in Turkey between 1999 and 2001. Methods: One thousand five hundred and sixty-nine rabies suspected bite cases reported were identified from the District''s rabies surveillance forms. Results: Males comprised 66.7% of the cases, and 43.5% of the total were under 20 years old. In 74% of cases the animal involved in the bite was a dog. Only 70% of the animals had an owner, and only 17% of the animals had a rabies vaccination certificate. In terms of treatment, 68% of the human cases received PEP, and 21% of cases had an extra (sixth) vaccination dose, which is a substantial burden on the healthcare system, costing half a million US dollars per year. The place where the bite occurred (rural areas), the age of the recipient (more than 10 years old), the animal type (animals other than dogs and cats), lack of a vaccination certificate for the animal, and place of wound treatment (hospital) were significantly associated with PEP application. Conclusions: In addition to the currently recommended strategy of controlling the dog population and of vaccinating domesticated animals, adults and children should be educated about bite prevention to reduce the number of animal bites. In this paper, the Riccati equation is used to construct the soliton solutions for pulse propagation equation with z -dependent coefficients. The periodic wave and the optical soliton solutions are obtained for the pulse propagation equation with dependent coefficients. This paper integrates soliton, shock and singular solutions for the generalized long-short wave resonance equations with time dependent coefficients. We obtained several types of solitons of the mentioned equation. It is illustrated that the examined dependent coefficients are effected the speed of the wave. The first integral method (FIM) and ansatz method are applied to reach the soliton solutions of this equation.
