The proposed research presents a blockchain-based healthcare system that seeks to address the limitations of current data-sharing methods by providing secure and efficient data transfer, enhancing data privacy and security, enabling effective data sharing interoperability, and promoting data-driven healthcare decision-making. A blockchain platform, IPFS, and rule-based access control are among the technologies suggested for use in the proposed system. Implementing this system could result in more personalized and effective medication for patients, as well as lower healthcare costs and improved care quality. The suggested approach, known as the Homomorphic Zero-Knowledge Blockchain Algorithm (HZBA), employs a block chain technique linked with Proxy Re Encryption with Homomorphic with Zero proof knowledge. Finally, the Covid19-dataset has collected from Kaggle repository and HCDNN method has used to complete the classification. The proposed blockchain-based healthcare system has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by resolving data privacy and security concerns, increasing data accuracy, fostering more interoperability in data sharing, and enhancing data-driven healthcare decision-making. Nanoparticles as haulers increase the capability of target-specific drug delivery to many folds hence are used in the treatment of dreadful diseases such as cancer, diabetes, etc. This boom has aimed at, to synthesize Copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) using Acalypha Indica leaf extract and then incorporated with graphene oxide (GO) to form GO-CuO nanocomposites. Secondly, to sightsee the photocatalytic activity of CuO-NPs and GO-CuO nanocomposites towards the decolorization of methylene blue-dye and to test its activity against HCT-116 Human colon cancer cell lines. Synthesized nanocomposites were characterized using FTIR, UV–vis, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis. The photocatalytic studies revealed that synthesized nanocomposites have the efficiency to degrade methylene blue dye by 83.20% and cytotoxic activity was found to be 70% against HCT-116 Human colon cancer cell lines at 100 μg/ml. Luminescent lanthanum oxyfluoride nano inorganic materials were considered to be prospective building blocks for multifunctional applications. This offers new potentials in surface-based science comprising of visualization of latent fingerprint (LFPs) and lips print on non-porous surfaces. Traditional visualization techniques possess high backward hindrance, low sensitivity, complicated setup and poor visibility. To overcome with these problems, LaOF:Sm 3+ (5 mol%) nanopowder (NPs) prepared via sonochemical route were explored. Photoluminescence (PL) emission spectra exhibit strong emission peaks at ∼566 nm, 607 nm, 653 nm and 708 nm attributed to 4 G 5/2  →  6 H 5/2 , 4 G 5/2  →  4 H 7/2 , 4 G 5/2  →  6 H 9/2 and 4 G 5/2  →  6 H 11/2 intra-4f orbital transitions of Sm 3+ ions respectively. Estimated photometric properties confirm that the material emits warm orange red color. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the removal of o-cresol from aqueous solution by Bacillus cereus and Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide based hybrid technique biosorptive foam separation. The biosorptive foam separation was carried out in two stages namely biosorption and foam separation. A minimum run resolution V central composite design with five variables (initial feed cresol concentration, pH of the feed, biosorbent dosage, time and agitation speed) for biosorption and three variables (liquid pool height, surfactant concentration and airflow rate) for biosorptive foam separation were applied to optimize the process. The optimized conditions for maximum removal of cresol for biosorption were, Initial feed cresol concentration 467 mg/l, pH of the feed 6.44, biosorbent dosage 1.11 g, time 5.25 days and agitation speed of 195 rpm for biosorption, and that for biosorptive foam separation were liquid pool height 28.38 cm, surfactant concentration 0.29% and airflow rate 1.8 lpm. The results showed a good fit with the proposed statistical model for removal of o-cresol ( R 2 = 0.9387) for biosorption and ( R 2 = 0.9980) for biosorptive foam separation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract: Aim: Considering the importance of diet in the prevention of cellular damage caused by reactive oxygen species which has been implicated for several diseases, this present study was undertaken to evaluvate the in vitro and in vivo antioxidant potential of the ethanolic extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum on 7, 12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA)-induced mammary carcinogenesis in Sprague Dawley rats. Methods: Ganoderma lucidum extract was tested for in vitro antioxidant and radical scavenging assays, such as (ABTS+) radical cation decolorization assay, DPPH radical scavenging, hydroxyl radical, and superoxide radical scavenging assays. The in vivo antioxidant potentials were analyzed by SOD, CAT, and GPx in plasma, mammary, and liver tissues. Results: In all the in vitro antioxidant and radical scavenging assays the extract exhibited good scavenging activity. In vivo enzymatic antioxidant levels, such as SOD, CAT, and GPx were decreased in DMBA-induced animals. Moreover, pretreatment with G. lucidum (500 mg·kg−1 bw) to DMBA-induced animals significantly (P < 0.05) increased the levels of SOD, CAT, and GPx in plasma, mammary, and liver tissues compared to DMBA induced animals. Conclusions: From these findings, it is suggested that G. lucidum extract could be considered as a potential source of natural antioxidants and can be used as an effective chemopreventive agent against mammary cancer. Abstract: Aim of the study: Alstonia scholaris Linn. (R.Br.,) has been used in traditional and folklore medicine for the treatment of diabetes. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of ethanolic extract of the leaves of A. scholaris (known as EEAS) in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Materials and methods: The streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were orally treated with vehicle (2% w/v Tween 80), glibenclamide (0.25mg/kg) and EEAS (100, 200 and 400mg/kg) to the respective treatment groups. The blood glucose level, body weight, glycosylated hemoglobin, muscle and liver glycogen, lipid profile, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant status were measured and histopathology of pancreas was performed after 6 weeks of treatment and compared to the control. Results: EEAS and glibenclamide were found to significantly (p<0.001) reduce the blood glucose level, glycosylated hemoglobin and lipid peroxidation, whereas they increased body weight, liver and muscle glycogen and antioxidant status. The antidiabetic effect was sustained from 1 week onwards till the end of the study. The histopathology of pancreas revealed that the pancreatic β-cell damage with streptozotocin did not reverse in any of the treatment groups. Conclusion: It has been concluded that EEAS, in addition to the antidiabetic activity, also possess antihyperlipidemic and antioxidant activities in the streptozotocin-induced diabetic model. In the recent decades, nanotechnology has become an important research field of modern material science. Green synthesized nanoparticles have garnered wide interest due to its inherent features like rapidity, eco-friendly and cost-effectiveness. For the first time, Zinc Oxide nanoparticles were successfully synthesized using Atalantia monophylla leaf extract in the present's investigation. The biosynthesized Zinc Oxide nanoparticles were characterized by UV- Vis spectrophotometer, Fluorescence spectrometer (PL) and their peaks were identified to be at 352 and 410 nm respectively. The morphology of the Zinc Oxide nanoparticles was characterized by TEM with EDAX. The X- ray diffraction (XRD) studies showed the crystalline nature and revealed the purity of Zinc Oxide nanoparticles. FTIR spectroscopy was used to analyze the specific functional groups responsible for reduction, stabilization and capping agents present in the nanoparticles. The success-ability of bacteria and fungi with Synthesized ZnO nanoparticles tested using agar well diffusion method were discussed. The bacterial and fungal destruction was better for ZnO nanoparticles than reported for plant extracts and standard drugs. Thus this study proves that Zinc Oxide nanoparticles would contain natural anti-microbial agents through green synthesis which may serve for the production of drugs for antimicrobial therapeutics. Abstract: Aim of the study: Alstonia scholaris (Family: Apocynaceae) is a medicinal plant which is indicated for the treatment of various diseases including arthritis in folklore medicine. The purpose of this study is to investigate the antiarthritic activity and in vivo antioxidant role of A. scholaris leaves in animal models. Materials and methods: The ethanol extract of A. scholaris leaves (EEAS) was tested against Freund''s Complete Adjuvant (FCA) induced arthritic rats. Arthritis assessment and body weight were measured daily till day 28 whereas nociceptive threshold was measured once in 2 days. On day 28, the animals were anaesthetized, synovial fluid withdrawn and leukocyte concentration was determined. The animals were sacrificed, synovial tissue was extracted and estimated for the myeloperoxide, malonaldehyde, glutathione, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase. Effect of EEAS on ethanol and sodium salicylate induced gastropathy was also studied. Results: EEAS significantly decreased the arthritis which was evident with arthritis index, body weight and leukocyte infiltration. EEAS significantly reduced gastric lesion indices and gastric juice secretion. It also significantly decreased the levels of lipid peroxidation and myeloperoxide in the articular tissue, whereas it significantly increased the antioxidant enzymes glutathione, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase. Conclusion: The present study is suggestive that EEAS has prominent antiarthritic activity which may be attributed to its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressant and antioxidant activities.
