Abstract

The management of glenohumeral osteoarthritis is difficult in young, active individuals. After nonoperative management fails, arthroscopic debridement with concomitant procedures (eg, loose body removal, capsular release, labral debridement, synovectomy, osteophyte resection, bursectomy, subacromial decompression, microfracture, and biceps tenotomy or tenodesis) to address potential pain generators may be an option in small, contained, unipolar lesions., (Copyright © 2018 Elsevier Inc.
