Microcystin-LR (MCLR) produced by cyanobacterial blooms have received global attention. MCLR has been recognized as a reproductive toxin to fish and poses a threat to ecosystem stability. It has been proven that probiotic dietary management can improve reproductive performance of fish. It is worth paying attention to exploring whether probiotic management can alleviate the reproductive toxicity caused by MCLR. In this investigation, adult zebrafish were exposed to different doses of MCLR solution (0, 2.2, and 22 μg/L) with or without the Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG supplementation for a duration of 28 days. The results showed that female zebrafish spawning was reduced after exposure to MCLR, but this reduction was reversed when L. rhamnosus GG was added. To elucidate how L. rhamnosus GG mitigates reproductive toxicity caused by MCLR, we examined a series of indicators of MCLR accumulation, ovarian histology, hormones, and transcriptome levels. Our study showed that L. rhamnosus GG could alleviate oogenesis disorders and ultimately attenuate MCLR-induced reproductive toxicity by reducing MCLR accumulation in the gonads, modulating the expression of endocrine system and auto/paracrine factors. The transcriptome results revealed that single or combined exposure of MCLR and L. rhamnosus GG mainly affected the endocrine system, energy metabolism, and RNA degradation and translation. Objectives: WHO has recommended same-day antiretroviral therapy (SDART) initiation since 2017; however, higher attrition rates were noted in developing countries., Methods: We included newly diagnosed people with HIV (PWH) from 2018 to 2022 at 18 hospitals around Taiwan. SDART initiation was defined as starting ART on the same day of HIV diagnosis and rapid initiation as starting ART within 14 days of diagnosis. A composite unfavorable outcome was defined as death after 30 days of diagnosis, loss to follow-up (LTFU), or virologic failure or rebound at 12 months., Results: At 12 months, PWH on SDART initiation and those on rapid ART initiation showed similar rates of engagement in care with plasma HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL (87.5% vs 87.7%) and composite unfavorable outcome (7.7% vs 7.7%). PWH aged >30 years were less likely to have LTFU (aHR 0.44, 95% CI 0.28-0.70). PWH aged >30 years (aHR 0.59, 95% CI 0.41-0.85) and gay, bisexual, and men who have sex with men (GBMSM) (aHR 0.50, 95% CI 0.32-0.79) were less likely to have composite unfavorable outcomes., Conclusions: SDART and rapid ART initiation resulted in comparable clinical outcomes and viral suppression rates. Microcystin-LR (MCLR) is one of the most toxic cyanobacterial toxins and is harmful to the central nervous system of fish. Probiotic additives can improve neuroendocrine function in fish. Although both MCLR and probiotics aim at the nervous system, whether they interact with each other and the mechanisms remain unexplored. In the present study, 4-month-old zebrafish were exposed to 0, 2.2, and 22 μg/L of MCLR for 28 days with or without the probiotic L. rhamnosus. We found that MCLR exposure could inhibit the swimming speed of zebrafish, while the presence of L. rhamnosus mitigated this abnormality. To elucidate the mechanism of how L. rhamnosus alleviates MCLR-induced neurotoxicity, we examined the bioaccumulation of MCLR, changes in neurotransmitters, immune biochemical indicators, and hormone content of the hypothalamic-pituitary-interrenal (HPI) axis in zebrafish along the gut-brain axis. Our results showed L. rhamnosus could reverse the abnormal swimming behavior and eventually alleviate neurotoxicity in zebrafish by modulating intestinal and brain neural signaling, neuroinflammation, and HPI axis responses. Sperm preservation is an efficient technique used for the recovery, conservation, and management of some endangered fish species. The present study was conducted to explore how preservation time would affect sperm and spawning performance in the endangered delta smelt (Hypomesus transpacificus). Sperm were preserved with the modified Hanks balanced salt solution at 14.7-16.9 °C. The Kruskal-Wallis test of sperm parameters using OpenCASA plugin in ImageJ software showed that sperm (n = 33♂) had significantly higher velocity and motility within the first 5 s after activation than that of other time points, while sperm had the lowest velocity and motility after 3 min post activation (P < 0.001). The findings (n = 30♂) also showed fresh sperm had higher velocity and motility than preserved sperm, while the sperm preserved for over 24 h showed a significantly low performance (P < 0.001). The nonlinear mixed effects models of fertilization results (n = 14♂ × 70♀) indicated the fresh sperm and sperm preserved for 1 h had higher fertilization rates than other preservation times (P < 0.001). The hatching rate (n = 14♂ × 70♀) also showed the fresh sperm and sperm preserved for 3 min and 1 h had higher hatching rates than other preservation times (P < 0.001). Overall, the study showed the best sperm performance in delta smelt was found within the first 5 s post activation, and the best fertilization and hatching rates were found when the sperm were fresh and preserved for 1 h. Objectives: Real-world experience with coformulated bictegravir, emtricitabine, and tenofovir alafenamide (BIC/FTC/TAF) is sparse as a switch regimen among people living with HIV (PLWH) having achieved viral suppression after previous virologic failures with the emergence of K65N/R., Methods: In this retrospective study, PLWH aged ≥20 years who had previous virologic failures with emergent K65N/R were included for switching to BIC/FTC/TAF after having achieved plasma HIV RNA load (PVL) <200 copies/ml for ≥3 months. PLWH were excluded if integrase inhibitor resistance-associated mutations were detected. The primary end point was losing virologic control (PVL >50 copies/ml) at week 48 using a modified US Food and Drug Administration snapshot algorithm., Results: A total of 72 PLWH with K65N/R who switched to BIC/FTC/TAF were identified. A total of 42 (59.7%) had concurrent M184V/I, and 9 (12.5%) had ≥1 thymidine analog mutations. The median duration of viral suppression was 4.7 years (interquartile range 2.3-5.8), and 97.2% (n = 70) had PVL <50 copies/ml before switching. After a median observation of 98.6 weeks (interquartile range 77.9-120.3), 94.4% (n = 68) continued BIC/FTC/TAF. At week 48, the rate of losing virologic control was 2.8% (2/72). M184V/I was not associated with viral rebound., Conclusion: Despite the emergence of K65N/R +/- M184V/I after virologic failures, BIC/FTC/TAF could be an option for simplification after viral suppression., (Copyright © 2022 The Author(s). Red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) has increasingly become a high-value freshwater product in China. During the intensive cultivation, excessive ammonia exposure is an important lethal factor of crayfish. We investigated the toxic effects and mechanisms of ammonia on crayfish at two different developmental stages. A preliminary ammonia stress test showed a 96-h LC 50 of 135.10 mg/L and 299.61 mg/L for Stage&#95;1 crayfish (8.47 ± 1.68 g) and Stage&#95;2 crayfish (18.33 ± 2.41 g), respectively. During a prolonged ammonia exposure (up to 96 h), serum acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase showed a time-dependent decrease. Histological assessment indicated the degree of hepatopancreatic injury, which was mainly characterized as tubule lumen dilatation, degenerated tubule, vacuolization and dissolved hepatic epithelial cell, increased with exposure time. Enhanced malondialdehyde level and reduced antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas were also observed. The mRNA expression and activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase showed an initial up-regulation within 24 h, and then gradually down-regulated with the exposure time. In the post-treatment recovery period, the Stage&#95;2 crayfish exerted a stronger antioxidant and detoxification capacity than that of the Stage&#95;1 crayfish, and thus quickly recovered from the ammonia exposure. The accumulation of diminutive plastic waste in the environment, including microplastics and nanoplastics, has threatened the health of multiple species. Nanoplastics can adsorb the pollutants from the immediate environment, and may be used as carriers for pollutants to enter organisms and bring serious ecological risk. To evaluate the toxic effects of microcystin-LR (MCLR) on the liver of adult zebrafish (Danio rerio) in the presence of 70 nm polystyrene nanoplastics (PSNPs), zebrafish were exposed to MCLR alone (0, 0.9, 4.5 and 22.5 μg/L) and a mixture of MCLR + PSNPs (100 μg/L) for three months. The results indicated that groups with combined exposure to MCLR and PSNPs further enhanced the accumulation of MCLR in the liver when compared to groups only exposed to MCLR. Cellular swelling, fat vacuolation, and cytoarchitectonic damage were observed in zebrafish livers after exposure to MCLR, and the presence of PSNPs exacerbated these adverse effects. The results of biochemical tests showed the combined effect of MCLR + PSNPs enhanced MCLR-induced hepatotoxicity, which could be attributed to the altered levels of reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde and glutathione, and activities of catalase. The expression of genes related to antioxidant responses (p38a, p38b, ERK2, ERK3, Nrf2, HO-1, cat1, sod1, gax, JINK1, and gstr1) was further performed to study the mechanisms of MCLR combined with PSNPs aggravated oxidative stress of zebrafish. The chemoenzymatic remodeled monoclonal antidodies with well-defined glycan structure at the Fc domain display improved biological activities, such as ADCC and ADCP, and are more likely to yield a better safety profile by eliminating the non-human glycans derived from CHO cell culture. We covalently immobilize wild type endoglycosidase S (EndoS), fucosidase, and EndoS2 mutant on magnetic beads through a linker to efficiently generate homogeneous antibody glycoforms without additional purification step to remove endoglycosidase and fucosidase. We also used the biotinylated wild type EndoS2 and EndoS2 mutant in combination with covalently immobilized fucosidase on magnetic beads to allow the sequential removal of endoglycosidases and fucosidase for efficient glyco-engineering and isolation of antibodies without purifying deglycosylated antibody intermediate. Notably, the relatively expensive fucosidase can be recovered to reduce the cost, and the strong affinity of streptavidin to biotin would complete the isolation of biotinylated enzymes. We used Trastuzumab as a model to demonstrate both approaches were reliable for the large-scale production and isolation of antibodies without the residual contamination of endoglycosidase to avoid deglycosylation over storage time., (Copyright © 2021. The combined toxicity effects of microcystins-LR (MCLR) and polystyrene nanoplastics (PSNPs) on the hatching of F1 zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos were investigated in this study due to the increasing concerns of both plastic pollution and eutrophication in aquatic environments. Three-month-old zebrafish were used to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the combined effect of MCLR (0, 0.9, 4.5, and 22.5 μg/L) on egg hatching in the existence of PSNPs (100 μg/L). The results demonstrated the existence of PSNPs further increased the accumulation of MCLR in F1 embryos. The hatching rates of F1 embryos were inhibited after exposure to 22.5 μg/L MCLR, and the presence of PSNPs aggravated the hatching inhibition induced by MCLR. The decrease of hatching enzyme activity and the abnormality of spontaneous movement were observed. We examined the altered expression levels of the genes associated with the hatching enzyme (tox16, foxp1, ctslb, xpb1, klf4, cap1, bmp4, cd63, He1.2, zhe1, and prl), cholinergic system (ache and chrnα7), and muscle development (Wnt, MyoD, Myf5, Myogenin, and MRF4). The coexistence of nanoplastics (NPs) and various pollutants in the environment has become a problem that cannot be ignored. In order to identify the microcystin-LR (MCLR) bioaccumulation and the potential impacts on the early growth of F1 zebrafish (Danio rerio) offspring in the presence of polystyrene nanoplastics (PSNPs), PSNPs and MCLR were used to expose adult zebrafish for 21days. The exposure groups divided into MCLR (0, 0.9, 4.5 and 22.5μgL -1 ) alone groups and PSNP (100μgL -1 ) and MCLR co-exposure groups. F1 embryos were collected and developed to 120 h post-fertilization (hpf) in clear water. Compared with the exposure to MCLR only, the combined exposure increased the parental transfer of MCLR to the offspring and subsequently exacerbated the growth inhibition of F1 larvae. Further research clarified that combined exposure of PSNPs and MCLR could reduce the levels of thyroxine (T4) and 3, 5, 3'-triiodothyronine (T3) by altering the expression of hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis-related genes, eventually leading to growth inhibition of F1 larvae. Our results also exhibited combined exposure of PSNPs and MCLR could change the transcription of key genes of the GH/IGF axis compared with MCLR single exposure, suggesting the GH/IGF axis was a potential target for the growth inhibition of F1 larvae in PSNPs and MCLR co-exposure groups. Owing to the eutrophication in freshwater and industrial emissions, the detected concentrations of MCLR and nano-TiO 2 in nature water increase year by year. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the joint effect of microcystin-LR (MCLR) and titanium dioxide nanoparticles (nano-TiO 2 ) on the zebrafish brain and to investigate the underlying mechanisms. In this study, four-month old zebrafish were exposed to 0, 0.5, 4, and 32 μg/L MCLR and MCLR-co-nano-TiO 2 (100 μg/L) for 45 days. Obvious brain injury characterized by formation of glial scars and ventriculomegaly was observed in both MCLR groups and MCLR-co-nano-TiO 2 groups. In addition, our results showed the existence of nano-TiO 2 aggravated MCLR-induced abnormity of swimming behavior and social behavior of zebrafish. To clarify the mechanisms of nano-TiO 2 aggravated MCLR-induced brain injury, we firstly examined the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in the zebrafish brain. The results showed that co-exposure with nano-TiO 2 could further increase ROS content compared with MCLR only groups. We also detected a significant change of lipid peroxidation products (MDA, malondialdehyde) content, antioxidant enzyme (SOD, superoxide dismutase) activity, and non-enzymatic antioxidant (GSH, glutathione) content in MCLR-co-nano-TiO 2 groups. Transcriptional analysis indicated the expression of genes related to the antioxidant system was significantly altered in the zebrafish brain. Background: The relationship between N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and cardiac structural or functional anomalies in pre-clinical, asymptomatic Asian populations has not been well identified., Methods: From October 2005 to March 2008, we enrolled consecutive asymptomatic adults with preserved global left ventricular (LV) function (ejection fraction>50%) who underwent annual cardiovascular health survey. Circulating NT-proBNP was used to identify echo-defined cardiac structural/functional anomalies and compared to current recommended cut-off from the European Society of Heart Failure., Results: Among 976 eligible subjects, 371 (38%) had structural heart diseases. Echocardiography-based left atrial diameter (Coef: 71.2), diastolic dysfunction (Coef: 35.4), and presence of pulmonary hypertension (Coef: 83.1) or valvular heart disease (Coef: 56.1, all p<0.05) of any form independently predicted circulating NT-ProBNP. NT-ProBNP cut-off values of 32.8 and 115.4pg/ml for subjects aged ≤ and >75years, respectively, demonstrated areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.76 (95% CI: 0.73-0.80) and 0.70 (95% CI: 0.52-0.88) for predicting structural or functional anomaly., Conclusion: We examined the feasibility of NT-ProBNP for identifying cardiac structural and functional anomaly in an asymptomatic ethnic Taiwanese population with a relatively lower cut-off value, indicating its potential role for pre-clinical screening of Asian patients., (Copyright © 2016 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. Background & Aims: A vaccine against hepatitis C virus (HCV) is unavailable and cost-effective antivirals that prevent HCV infection and re-infection, such as in the transplant setting, do not exist. In a search for novel and economical prophylactic agents, we examined the antiviral activity of saikosaponins (SSa, SSb2, SSc, and SSd) from Bupleurum kaoi root (BK) as entry inhibitors against HCV infection., Methods: Infectious HCV culture systems were used to examine the effect of saikosaponins on the complete virus life cycle (entry, RNA replication/translation, and particle production). Antiviral activity against various HCV genotypes, clinical isolates, and infection of primary human hepatocytes were also evaluated., Results: BK and the saikosaponins potently inhibited HCV infection at non-cytotoxic concentrations. These natural agents targeted early steps of the viral life cycle, while leaving replication/translation, egress, and spread relatively unaffected. In particular, we identified SSb2 as an efficient inhibitor of early HCV entry, including neutralization of virus particles, preventing viral attachment, and inhibiting viral entry/fusion. Binding analysis, using soluble viral glycoproteins, demonstrated that SSb2 acted on HCV E2. Moreover, SSb2 inhibited infection by several genotypic strains and prevented binding of serum-derived HCV onto hepatoma cells. Finally, treatment with the compound blocked HCV infection of primary human hepatocytes., Conclusions: Due to its potency, SSb2 may be of value for development as an antagonist of HCV entry and could be explored as prophylactic treatment during the course of liver transplantation., (Copyright © 2014 European Association for the Study of the Liver. We proposed to use a novel stepwise sequence-constructive SELEX method to develop DNA aptamers that can recognize Globo H which is a tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen. A combinatorial synthetic library that consisted of DNA molecules with randomized regions of 15-bases was used as the starting library for the first SELEX procedure. The input DNA library for the second round of SELEX consisted of the extension of the 5' and 3'-ends with 7-bases that were randomized from four selected aptamers. The third round of SELEX was performed following the same procedures as described for the second round of SELEX. The experimental results indicate that the binding affinity of DNA aptamers to Globo H was enhanced when using the sequence-constructive SELEX approach. The selectivity of the DNA aptamers for related disaccharides, mannose derivatives, and Globo H analogs demonstrated the ability of the DNA aptamers to discriminate the presence of various glycans with different structures., (Copyright © 2014 Elsevier Inc. Nitrate (N) and phosphate (P) are believed to be two of the most important nutrients for the growth and toxin production for Alexandrium species. The study of the growth and toxicity characteristics of the Alexandrium spp. under the change of N and P can help us to understand the dynamics of algal bloom and toxification events in natural environments. A strain of Alexandrium tamarense (designated as Kci) was successfully isolated from the Drake Passage in 2001 and the clonal culture has been kept in our laboratory (Ho et al., 2003, 2012). In order to extend our understanding on the growth physiology and toxicity of this A. tamarense strain, growth and cellular toxin content were examined in unialgal batch cultures under different concentrations of N and P. The effects of variable N, P concentrations on growth, cellular toxicity (fg STXeq. cell(-1)), and toxin composition (% molar) were determined in both exponential and stationary growth phases. The toxin profile, determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FD), was found to be remained relatively stable and was consistently dominated by the N-sulfocarbamoyl C-toxins (>90%) under different conditions and growth phases. There were also trace amounts of other carbamate gonyautoxins consistently expressed. The cellular toxicity varied under different N and P concentrations, as well as different growth stages. A positive correlation was observed between cellular toxicity and N concentrations, but the toxicity was enhanced when P was depleted. Both cell densities and growth rate of the cells were severely suppressed under N- or P-depletion. However, the biovolume of the cells tended to be larger at N- or P-depleted cultures. Background: Arecoline, the most abundant areca alkaloid, has been reported to stimulate reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in several cell types. Overproduction of ROS has been implicated in atherogenesis. Hemeoxygenase-1 (HO-1) has cytoprotective activities in vascular tissues. This study investigated the effect of arecoline on adhesion molecule expression and explored the role of HO-1 in this process., Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with arecoline, then ROS levels and the expression of adhesion molecules and HO-1 were analyzed and potential signaling pathways investigated., Results: After 2h of arecoline treatment, ROS production was stimulated and reached a maximum at 12h. Expression of the adhesion molecules ICAM and VCAM was also induced. Glutathione pretreatment completely blocked arecoline-stimulated ROS production and VCAM expression, but not ICAM expression. Arecoline also induced HO-1 expression and this effect was partly due by ROS stimulation. Inhibition of c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) by SP600125, p38 by SB 203580, or tyrosine kinase by genistein reduced arecoline-induced HO-1 expression. In contrast, inhibition of ERK (extracellular signal-related MAP kinase) by PD98059 had no effect. Transfection of HUVECs with the GFP/HO-1 gene, which resulted in a 5-fold increase in HO-1 activity, markedly, but not completely, inhibited the decrease in cell viability caused by arecoline., Conclusions: This study demonstrates that, in HUVECs, arecoline stimulates ROS production and ICAM and VCAM expression. This study demonstrates a method to prepare an immobilized cellulase by using an electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibrous membrane as the support. To obtain an immobilized cellulase with high hydrolytic activity, the immobilization conditions including activation time, enzyme concentration, immobilization time, and temperature were optimized. Under those conditions, the immobilized cellulase possessed a protein loading of 30 mg/g-support and a specific activity of 3.2U/mg-protein. After immobilization, the enzymatic stability of cellulase against pH and thermal stresses was improved. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) measurements also revealed that the cellulase was covalently bonded to the supports. The immobilized cellulase was then used to hydrolyze cell wall of microalgae for the production of reducing sugars. Analyses using response surface methodology (RSM) show that the hydrolysis yield was affected by the reaction temperature, pH, and substrate/cellulase mass ratio, and a hydrolysis yield of 60.86% could be obtained at 47.85°C, pH 5.82, and a substrate/cellulase mass ratio of 40 g-substrate/g-cellulase. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the toxicity of tributyltin (TBT) on oysters (Crassostrea gigas) and bioaccumulation of TBT and triphenyltin (TPhT) on oysters and rock shells (Thais clavigera) from mariculture areas of Taiwan. When treated with concentrations of 0.08, 0.40, 2.00, 10.00 and 50.00 microg TBT/L, the 48-, 72-, 96- and 120-h LC50s of oysters were 44.6, 18.4, 17.9 and 14.3 microg TBT/L, respectively. In the bioaccumulation experiments, oysters and rock shells were exposed to various concentrations of organotins, i.e. A: control, B: 0.40 microg TBT/L, C: 0.40 microg TPhT/L, and D: 0.20 microg TBT/L + 0.20 microg TPhT/L. In general, TPhT was faster accumulated than TBT in both oysters and rock shells and oysters had a higher elimination capability than rock shells. Additionally, greater bioaccumulation and elimination rates had been observed in female oysters than males. To rock shells, the bioaccumulation rate of organotins in imposex females was greater than males and females.

The consumption of contaminated seafood has been reported as an important route of human exposure to metals in Taiwan. We consider the concentrations of TBT, Cu, Zn, Cd, As, and the consumption of oysters of Taiwanese to be the important information related to public health in Taiwan. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the public health risks associated with TBT, Cu, Zn, Cd and As from shellfish for the general population and fishermen of Taiwan. In general, TBT concentrations in various oysters ranging from 0.32 to 1.51 microg/g dry wt. varied with sampling locations. The highest TBT, Cu, and Zn geometric mean (GM) concentrations in oysters of 1.51, 1180 and 1567 microg/g dry wt. were obtained from the Hsiangshan coastal area. The values of oyster consumption for fishermen were 94.1 and 250 g/day for typically and maximally exposed individuals, respectively. In particular, the highest intake (250 g/day) from fishermen was almost two times greater than that of the general population (139 g/day). The THQ (target hazard quotient) values of Hsiangshan's fishermen are 3.87 and 20.50 for TBT and Cu for maximally exposed individuals are higher than other oyster culture areas. It is interesting that those consuming oysters from Hsiangshan, Lukang, Taishi caused abnormally high THQs of TBT and other metals (100% over 1.0), and TBT was attributed to only 3-21% of the total THQs in different fishermen of Taiwan. Our results suggest that current environmental levels of TBT and other metals are associated with a significant potential threat to human health for fishermen resident in coastal areas of Taiwan.

Mechanical and surface traumas in cardiopulmonary bypass circuits alter the function and morphology of human leukocytes. The effect of controlled in vitro shear stess (0 to 2,000 dynes/cm2, 2 to 10 min, 37 degrees C) on electronic cell count, morphology, adhesiveness, and phosphatase cytochemical staining was studied on whole blood from normal donors. Electronic cell counts droppped significantly after shear stress exposure (25% at 600 dynes/cm2 for 10 min). The frequency of disrupted leukocytes in blood smears increased with shear stress above 150 dynes/cm2, and aggregates of the disrupted cells appeared after exposure to higher shear stresses (450 dynes/cm2, 10 min). Cytochemical staining of the alkaline phosphatase in the granules of intact neutrophils was significantly reduced by the application of shear stress (150 dynes/cm2 for 10 min, or greater), but staining of acid phosphatase-containing granules was almost unaffected. Increased cell retention in columns of nylon fibers suggests that increased leukocyte adhesiveness results from exposure to shear stress. Thus exposure to shear stress may alter or disrupt leukocyte morphology and function at values somewhat lower than the 1,500 dynes/cm2 for 2 min which is required to hemolyze erythrocytes.
