- Abstract
Objective: a new method for testing the performance index of the impurity removal rate of Chinese cabbage seeds cleaning machine is studied, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency of Chinese cabbage seeds. Methods: According to the cleaning process of Chinese cabbage seeds (pre-cleaning, basic cleaning, selection and size grading), the performance index of the impurity removal rate of cleaning machine at each stage is determined. According to the dynamic analysis results of Chinese cabbage seeds on the screen surface of the cleaning machine, the working parameters of the cleaning machine are determined, and the cleaning machine for Chinese cabbage seeds is carried out. The rationality of impurity removal rate is checked. Results: The optimum combination of working indexes of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning machine is: crank radius of 15.5 mm, crank speed of 320 r/min, vibration direction angle of 2.7° and screen inclination angle of 5°. When the impurity removal rate of Chinese cabbage seeds is 83%, the frequency of the wind turbine of the cleaning machine is 36 Hz, the opening of the air door is 80%, and the Chinese cabbage seeds are selected. The suitable cleaning voltage of the seed is 1000 V. Conclusion: The proposed method can comprehensively and accurately detect the performance indexes of impurity removal rate of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning machine, and improve the efficiency of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning.
