The article deals with issues related to the formation of the personality of a future teacher. The main goal of modern education system is to form an intellectual, moral and harmonious personality. Therefore, the teacher is entrusted with the mission to be a translator and navigator in the information space. development of a future teacher’s personality in the modern socio-cultural space is conditioned by motivational settings to achieve positive results of own activity, conditions of self-realization in the process of university training, participation of teacher trainees in national projects and contests of teaching skills, providing modern infrastructure of higher school teachers’ training system.

Taking into account interstate and national requirements, an analysis of the significance was carried out and trends in the preparation of teachers for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of education were identified. It is noted that the ongoing scientific research affects various areas of training future teachers, however, they mainly consider certain aspects of professional training of teachers. Among the promising directions for the development of the process of training teachers are identified: the development of methodological concepts, strategic national projects and programs for the training of teachers, taking into account the prospects for economic development, digitalization of society and the education system; the transition to understanding the digitalization of professional pedagogical education as a process that includes the formation of future teachers’ personal readiness for professional activity in the context of the digitalization of society and education; provision of the process of training pedagogical personnel with hardware, network and software resources adequate to the needs; reducing the level of academic load on teachers who train teachers; improving the quality of professional pedagogical education based on personalization and targeting; ensuring the parity of interests of commercial organizations, state and public institutions, personal interests of future teachers; purposeful formation of future teachers’ competence in the design and modernization of educational space based on IR technologies; formation of professional competence among future teachers in the field of ensuring the protection of children and youth in the information space.

Based on the use of potentials of human analogue thinking and cognitive effects as an indispensable component of the cognitive activity, the article considers atypically located in the frame structure and suggestively loaded rational and emotional motivators for learning a foreign language. The article focuses on sensory-somatic enhancers of the new information reception. It is shown that stimulation of the analogue language learning is mostly successfully carried out with suggestive or emotional motivation, as well as through visual, audio, kinesthetic channels alongside with the verbal one during games. It is proved that such games were used in the history of human ontogenesis. Game resources of virtual reality are considered as new stimulating suggestions, since a game is a way to detach from the profane in favor of the sacred information space. The ways of optimization of virtual foreign language learning by means of sensory-somatic enhancers are described.

Development of digitization (including education) leads to difficulties in management and regulation of important multidimensional dynamic social economical systems, where problems of efficient management occur requiring for interdisciplinary approach and active application of information technologies and computers. It is required to develop new methods of risk management (in the fields of national security, personal security), since information nonmilitary action as the most important hazard of hybrid wars is precepted as motion along the road of progress, democracy, tolerance. The research objective implies search and implementation of optimum management of stepwise digitization of education by means of monitoring and reconfiguration of digital platforms as elements of global logistic system (with consideration for consciental risks). Targets include analysis of features of dynamics and management of digitization of educational platforms in relation with maturity of social institutions, COVID-19, ecology of information space, degree of informatization of society, role and composition of mental structures, etc.; detection of factors influencing dynamics of persons and social institutions involved in education. The interrelation between digitization of education and development of educational platforms has been described. The conclusions have been made about the advantages and disadvantages of management formed by analogy with management of dynamic processes running on classical logistic systems. Recommendations have been given on how to reduce the dependence of a human on behavioral stereotypes imposed by various algorithmic energy information structures. In the frames of community, this would provide productive existence in unique personal space, efficient communication with surrounding people together with preservation of mentality and self-consciousness, cultural and national identity.

The first is the introduction of information modeling technology (IMT) capital construction facilities (CCF) at all stages of the life cycle (LC), as well as information modeling of urban areas for the tasks of urban building and planning. The second is the digitalization of procedures and services in the field of construction, the formation of unified accessible data sets and information platforms that implement a unified information space for the construction industry. To implement the presented tasks, it is proposed to create a distributed life cycle control system for capital construction facilities (DCS LC CCF) and form a digital cloud platform (digital infrastructure) for the implementation of investment and construction projects based on the use of information modeling technologies, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.

The article examines the stratification of human capital as a categorical unit of a research in the digital information space. The necessity of cognition of the properties and living conditions of generations arising from the nature of functioning in new categories of social and economic interaction is revealed. The authors substantiate the thesis that the study of the complex structure of human capital, prospects and dynamics of interaction is one of the most urgent tasks in the information space. Scientific research in this area can provide an invaluable contribution to improving the system of public administration and management of human capital in modern Russia. The article proposes the use of a cenological approach to the study and assessment of human capital as a theoretical and methodological basis for modeling and managing social systems. The goal is to develop approaches to the creation of a targeted structure of human capital, allowing the construction of a key social image in the information and digital environment.

The formation of integrated logistics is the economic mainstream today, which can be characterized by rationality, striving for balance, as well as the predominance of “predatory” instincts for the development of economic agents. At the same time, it is has the features of hedonism and subjectivity, and besides, the evolutionary nature of its influence on the socio-economic system is not fully reflected. Today, the trend of its development is formed with the help of socio-technological drivers of the digital economy and information and communication technologies. So, logistics can be useful in the field of rational choice of optimization, which allows not to break away from the realities in theory. Moreover, digital logistics is already able to offer an achievable vision of the future arrangement in the field of management of flow processes in the modern information space, as well as to determine the optimal paths of evolutionary development.

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to managing the main business processes of a large construction organization in a single information space, taking into account risk factors throughout the logistics chain, a comprehensive analysis of large construction organizations, including various enterprises involved in the production of finished products, from the production of reinforced concrete products to the commissioning of the object, was carried out, problems were identified that hinder their effective functioning. The object of the study is the business processes implemented within the logistics chain in large construction organizations.The subject of the study is a set of methods and models that can improve the efficiency of interaction between construction participants by synchronizing business processes and monitoring the entire logistics chain.

The digitalization of the economy and the digitalization of management in a modern state imply not only the use of many different technical devices that interact with each other through global and regional communication networks. But also the transformation of sociocultural communication in society; a significant change in the forms and types of interaction of the individual with the participants of the interaction processes: other individuals, state institutions and commercial and non-profit organizations, etc. In the context of such interaction, the complexity of structures and types of communication-the personal space of participants is blurred, the security of the individual in the information field is becoming more and more vulnerable; the mechanisms for protecting the individual in the digital economy and digital management today are imperfect; this is also due to the fact that the study of “information security” and “information threats” today lacks a systematic approach that combines their individual elements into a holistic scientific knowledge – the protection of the individual in the information space of modern society. The purpose of this article was to analyze the possibility of systematization of scientific knowledge on this problem and the possibility of creating the concept of information security of the individual.

The article highlights the issues of solving educational, methodological and organizational tasks of integrating the disciplines of the art cycle under the auspices of the creative cluster in the distance education of bachelors. The article includes a description of the concept of “creative cluster” in the context of our research, which in the educational sphere takes the form of a cluster of creatively oriented technologies aimed at studying the disciplines of the artistic cycle. The problems of the formation of students’ motivation for artistic-applied, scientific-research and self-educational activities were also studied in the article. This problem is especially relevant in the presence of high speeds of information transfer in an integrated distance learning course. The features of pedagogical support for the generation of creative ideas in the information space during distance learning, the conditions for the implementation of the cluster program block with the use of distance educational technologies, the types of distance learning are considered. The educational and methodological content of the creative cluster module includes educational technologies of painting, drawing and sculpture. The block-modular system integrates the progressive movement of educational content.

The process of possible automation of developing control actions is considered and presented in the article as the mathematical model that shows the economic mechanism of one or more business processes along with the formalized description of management accounting and controlling procedures. As a result, the information space model of the economic management system is obtained which is filled with a set of possible states created.

The article reveals the problem of the status of suggestive texts, which is relevant for modern psycho-linguistics, determines their functional capabilities that allow them to participate in the structuring of speech images and convey subjective intentions through speech. The author proves that prayers, conspiracies, neurolinguistic programming and affirmations, increasing the emotionality of speech, play a special role in the implementation of the pragmatic goals of communication, since they contain a volume of suggestion that is much greater than in the options without them. All this explains the use of the designated units both in the media and in personality improvement courses: thanks to these formal shells, the author focuses the attention of his recipients on the key points of the message. Due to intentionality, suggestive statements act as a means of objectifying the worldview of their addressee. The aim of this study is to strive to comprehensively describe the texts of a suggestive orientation with an emphasis on their linguistic potential. In this regard, a significant role in achieving the set goals is assigned to the comparative characteristics of phono-lexico-syntactic units in prayers, conspiracies, texts of neurolinguistic programming and affirmations.

The article considers the possibilities of using Russian classical literature in the contemporary learning activity. The authors reveal promising areas and pedagogical strategies for involving the younger generation in the learning of literary classics, as well as propose new conceptual approaches to solving this problem in contemporary society. The article deals with the results of the conducted study on the capabilities of fiction in forming the worldview and value orientations of the younger generation, as well as outlines the further prospects in improving the efficiency of spiritual and moral upbringing of the younger generation based on literary works. The article describes the advantage of value-oriented immersion of pupils in literary and artistic reality, which consists in the possibility of discussing many personal problems of children, adolescents, and young people in an indirect form, using the example of literary plots, characters, situations described in the works, which contributes to the necessary self-revelation of the participants in such discussions. The pedagogical strategy considered in the article is implemented through the creation of a kind of “intertext”, which, in contrast to its usual postmodern version of the information space with computer information technologies, is a process of “imposition” of several communicative spaces, namely, pedagogical, “existential experience” of students, literary and artistic reality, and scenery-directing space.

The preconditions for the research are based on sustained trends of the influence of development rates of digital economy, information space in Belarus on dynamics of digital transformation of additional education of children and youth (AECY). Analysis of AECY digital transformation revealed specific properties of didactic singularity of information education environment, network clustering of resources, dynamics of media environment contour, e-technologization of didactics. The established preconditions of stability of AECY digitization as a constant of transfer to regulations predetermined the aim of this work: development, substantiation of methodological concepts of AECY digitization. The research methods included theoretical and empirical analysis, expert appraisals, simulation, forecasting. The results are comprised of development of a set of organizational and network, environmental, instrumental, technological, institutional concepts of scientific methodology of AECY digitization. The obtained results were verified in the project titled “Implementation of Republican methodological cluster as a resource of development of additional education of children and youth” (2017-2020) on the premises of National Center of Artistic Activity of Children and Youth (Minsk) in accordance with the Program of innovations of the Ministry of Education, Belarus. The novelty of the results is in introduction of the following categories into scientific usage of pedagogical science: didactic singularity of information and education environment, structure of media environment contour. The novelty of the results is reflected in authentic intelligent product of scientific and practical significance in the context of Belarus National Strategy of Sustainable Social and Economic Development–2030.

Research background: The modern world economy of the 21st century, being innovatively oriented, global and based on the information space, is constantly being modified, focusing on the growth of the level and quality of life of the population by accelerating innovation processes. For the purposes of monitoring the innovation and investment activities of the regions in order to ensure the economic security of Russia, it is necessary to have a system of indicators that reflect the processes of innovative development of its territories as comprehensively as possible. Purpose of the article: Formation of a system of indicators for the balanced development of the region’s economy in the context of globalization: space-time analysis in order to ensure economic security. Methods: Spatio-temporal analysis of the identified indicators of balanced development of the regional economy in order to ensure economic security. Findings & Value added: The proposed system of indicators of economic security of the region and their threshold values can be used in assessing the development forecasts of the regions and the Federal Districts developed by the administration, draft budgets, expertise of the federal target programs, as well as in other elements of the regional economic security management.

With the improvement of information level, the information attack will cross the boundary of power grid information space and cause the disturbance of power grid physical system, which will form a cross-space chain fault and affect the safe operation of power grid. Based on this, this paper proposes a distribution network node risk assessment method based on information physical fusion. Firstly, the overall structure of the distribution network and the information physical coupling characteristics of the information physical fusion are studied. Then, the cross-space chain failure scenario of distribution network with information physical fusion is analyzed. Based on this, the risk assessment method is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a numerical example.

In the work from the position of modern pedagogical science, a number of difficulties (risks) associated with the use of virtual reality for educational purposes are considered. The practical significance of the results lies in solving the problem under study, which formulates general provisions on the specifics of VR as a method and means of education, notes the growth of digital educational technologies and the wide potential for their application in the future. Virtual reality in education is used as the information space, in which the student can not only obtain the necessary information, but also enter into the contact with the fictitious objects. Sinking (immersion) into the educational medium helps students to acquire the habits of interaction with the virtual objects, to develop methods of collective collaboration and to find confidence in the course presentation of its own projects. The process of creating the resources with the elements of interactivity, and also the selection of the necessary instrument means is a technological and a systematic problem for the teachers, who are mastering new information technologies. The purpose of the article is construction and substantiation of the effectiveness of the model of the use of technologies of virtual reality in the course of the instruction of schoolchildren in the system of additional formation.

The principles of describing a single information space as a key component of the substance-energy-information triad as applied to a geographically limited area are considered. An open structure of the knowledge base is proposed, which provides storage and development of a multidimensional model of this geoinformation space based on the study of the connectivity and semantic interoperability of measurable components. An approach to modeling the intellectual space of the region as one of the layers of a single geoinformation space is proposed.

The article is devoted to the changes in the profession of accountant and accounting in the process of digitalization of the agricultural economy. The concept of digitalization of the economy is revealed, its directions in the agricultural sector are determined. The necessity of creating a single information space of an agricultural enterprise that promotes the interaction of structural units is considered. The priority role of accounting in the formation of the information base and in the creation of an analytical platform for the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex is highlighted. The robotic system as a tool of the digital economy is presented. The stages of accounting robotization are revealed: organizational and informational, robotic data processing, reporting and analytical, account management. The characteristic of each stage is given. A scheme of the movement of information in a robotic accounting system is proposed. The prerequisites for accounting robots that have developed in the current period and are necessary for future formation are outlined. The transformation of the profession of an accountant in the digital economy into an account manager is defined and its role in the digitalization of agriculture is highlighted.

This paper describes a project for integrating a medical and diagnostic information system in a medical facility. At the moment, making effective and timely decisions in diagnosis and treatment is most important. Integration of systems has significantly improved the efficiency of decision-making by updating data. The unified information space allowed to increase the objectivity of diagnostics and increase the reliability of the information system. A critical factor in making a decision is the stage at which the disease is detected, as well as a description of what types of medical care are important for analysis. In addition, the need to synchronize on the basis of the detailed information for operational planning and routing of patients. Integration of solutions will increase the speed of passing examinations and the speed of making a final diagnosis. Thanks to the implemented solution, it became possible to increase the speed and improve the quality of services provided. The ability to synchronize activity planning based on effective diagnostics is essential.

Increasing the volume of tourism in the regions of Russia, improving the quality of tourist services provided, creating new, original, and non-standard tourist brands are urgent tasks for Russian regions, especially in modern conditions of increasing interest in domestic tourism. To solve such important problems, it is necessary to use modern technologies for creating an information space, popular means of communication,the development of modern digital environments that allow consumers of tourism services not only conveniently and individually receive, but also to take part in the creation of original content about various thematic attractions in the country’s regions.The use of mobile applications should ensure full and diverse satisfaction of the mass demand of individual tourists, thus increasing the sustainable interest of tourism in all regions of Russia.

In the context of the university digital transformation, the development of digitalization processes, it is necessary to introduce a data management culture. In most cases, this approach does not allow to see a big picture, as well as to identify “bottlenecks”. There is a need to develop a unified data management strategy, which will assess the value of IT technology, and ensure the adoption of effective decisions. This article highlights the conceptual issues of data management strategies in higher education, using the example of the university. The place of the data processing strategy within the university’s information space is considered a map model for analyzing key issues for decision making. The basic principles of organizing a data strategy for the university are determined. There is also considered an approach to designing and implementing an information and analytical system on the Microsoft Power BI cloud-based business analysis platform, which integrates all disparate data from university’s corporate information systems and transactional data sources. The analysis of reports of key business processes of the university is carried out, in which the formulation of research questions is shown, and there have been given conclusions to these issues. Introduction of the information and analytical system in the contour of the university’s corporate information system will contribute to the early identification of bottlenecks in the organization of the educational system and prompt decision-making in a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the main business processes of the educational organization through building a data map and visualizing all statistical reports.

This paper presents the author’s approach to the interaction of civil construction participants. The hypothesis about the need to change the nature and mechanism of relations between civil construction participants is put forward. The author offers an original approach to management and interaction systems in construction, which offers improving the interaction of construction participants on the basis of digital cooperation in the value network. Based on the methods of system analysis, the author defines the advantages of the parties from the association of construction participants and interaction in a single information space, lists the opportunities provided by joining a single information space, analyzes the features of the management process in the digital cooperation of civil construction participants in the value network, and presents the main activities in a single information space. A diagram of the relationship of construction participants in digital cooperation in the value network in a unified information space is presented. The expected effectiveness in implementing digital cooperation of construction participants in the value network is to increase the effectiveness of civil construction based on the principles of partnership of participants, transparency of interactions with the reduction of contradictions and restructuring of their goals to achieve the final result.

The significance of the research is determined by the evolution of social structure of the society as a response to the challenges of our time, to the IT development process and the transition to a new formation ‒ information society. The information society provides particular individuals with a wide range of opportunities for personal development and inclusion into the socio-communicative environment. People with disabilities get a chance to be included into general process of knowledge acquiring. The innovation of the approach consists in the comprehension of inclusive education in a social and philosophical vein. The goal of the article is the estimation of the opportunities and the relevance of such approach for the society and the youth. The global scale of isolation of people as a way of defense against the virus makes our research more relevant, since now many are forced to receive educational services only via the Internet, using remote methods, when the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in this process becomes even more natural and organic.

Due to the high level of tension in modern society, social networks are widely used for destructive management of the information space. This aspect of the use of social networks has become particularly important in the light of events taking place in the world (Hong Kong, Syria, France and Ukraine). According to statistics, about 50% of politicized active groups of social networks are subjects to targeted control actions aimed at spreading negative moods in the political sphere. The escalation of conflicts in society generates the most dangerous type of destructive information influence (DII) that require rapid, large-scale coordination of participants in order to attract new supporters and their organizations. Massive DII on the participants of social networks groups exacerbated the problem of promptly identifying the facts of influence, and created serious prerequisites for the development and improvement of methods and means of identifying DII in social networks. The relevance of this problem is due to the existence of a number of methodological and technological problems in the subject area under consideration, one of them is the lack of patterns of network messages containing elements of DII. In the study, the authors consider an approach to designing a dictionary of patterns of destructive utterances.

The author of this article analyzes Internet resources that are designed to improve the online education efficiency in the context of spreading of the coronavirus infection. The article considers the problems of using new technical and information tools of the global information and educational environment to improve the quality of traditional and e-learning. The emphasis is placed on defining educational content on the Internet that develops the cognitive and professional interests of students of technical and humanitarian major subjects. The article specifies the audience of virtual space users who has participated in the experiment for four years, summarizes comparisons of quantitative indicators of the content of cognitive resources, and presents the results and conclusions of the study. The main research methods were the analysis of scientific literature, generalization of features of educational content on the Internet, questionnaire polls, testing, and performance of tasks in the modern information space.

Implementation of machine learning systems is currently one of the most sought-after spheres of human activities at the interface of information technologies, mathematical analysis and statistics. Machine learning technologies are penetrating into our life through applied software created with the help of artificial intelligence algorithms. It is obvious that machine learning technologies will be developing fast and becoming part of the human information space both in our everyday life and in professional activities. However, building of machine learning systems requires great labour contribution of specialists in the sphere of artificial intelligence and the subject area where this technology is to be applied. The article considers technologies and potential application of machine learning at mining companies. The article describes basic methods of machine learning: unsupervised learning, action learning, semi-supervised machine learning. The criteria are singled out to assess machine learning: operation speed; assessment time; implemented model accuracy; ease of integration; flexible deployment within the subject area; ease of practical application; result visualization. The article describes practical application of machine learning technologies and considers the dispatch system at a mining enterprise (as exemplified by the dispatch system of the mining and transportation complex “Quarry” used to increase efficiency of operating management of enterprise performance; to increase reliability and agility of mining and transportation complex performance records and monitoring. There is also a list of equipment performance data that can be stored in the database and used as a basis for processing by machine learning algorithms and obtaining new knowledge. Application of machine learning technologies in the mining industry is a promising and necessary condition for increasing mining efficiency and ensuring environmental security. Selection of the optimal process flow sheet of mining operations, selection of the optimal complex of stripping and mining equipment, optimal planning of mining operations and mining equipment performance control are some of the tasks where machine learning technologies can be used. However, despite prospectivity of machine learning technologies, this trend still remains understudied and requires further research.

Currently we see actively developing systems associated with distance learning, and such systems are based on new communication tools. They not only change the appearance of information space but also create special conditions for the formation of the modern distance learning system. The article describes requirements that must be established for an analyst teacher (a personality-technologist-analyst), whose training, in contrast to the training of a duty-holder teacher, comes to the fore, and who must be able to create technologies when adapting to new conditions of the constantly changing world, rather than to perform under pre-set technologies. The articles outline the substance of the creative method in teaching; it has been emphasized that teacher's activities are very close to those of an actor. Ways to resolve the issues of distance learning regarding acting as part of the teaching practice are outlined herein.

The article discusses approaches to the formation of the optimal combination of design solutions in the construction of a building for funeral services. The projected facility fulfills a triple purpose: social, communal and industrial. The industrial purpose is due to the peculiarities of the assembled technological equipment and its maintenance. These are the parameters of the crematorium construction project. The contradiction in the purpose of the building can be traced in the architectural solution, the decision on the choice of engineering communications and the transport and logistics infrastructure of the environment of the object. What the authors pay attention to in their publication. The classical task of substantiating a design solution is the formation of a single information space of a capital construction object, taking into account information reflecting all stages of its life cycle. The principal distinguishing feature of the research results is the prepared set of key characteristics of the formation of project documentation, taking into account the functional parameters of the specific purpose of the projected capital construction facility, the relevance of which is undeniable both from an environmental point of view and from the standpoint of socializing society and preventing religious fanaticism.

Development of the information space to an avalanche-like increase in the volume of mobile data on the Internet. The generated digital portraits of users are becoming one of the main products for sale. The high quality of user digital portraits and their number is achieved through the use of intelligent data processing methods and the presence of large data sets. The volume of data processed by mobile devices and the number of modern services that collect various types of information make the issue of ensuring the confidentiality of user information the most important. Existing security mechanisms for mobile operating systems, as a rule, are aimed at neutralizing harmful effects and do not ensure the safety of personal data from legitimate services. The article proposes a model for assessing the risks of compromising personal data on mobile devices based on the correlation analysis of public information about service developers in order to detect the possibility of aggregating data from various sources.

The article considers the current state and peculiarities of the information space of the land reclamation sector of the agroindustrial complex of the Russian Federation. The normative-legal bases of formation and development of the land reclamation industry digitalization are determined. Based on the study results, the authors have developed the structure and mechanism of transformation of the information space of land reclamation in the Russian Federation. In the process of scientific and practical analysis, the formation functions of the information space system of the land reclamation sector in the Russian Federation are classified, and the basic principles of functioning of the digital economy of the land reclamation sector of the agro-industrial complex in the Russian Federation are outlined. Based on the system analysis of modern information space of land reclamation sector, the most acute problems of the process of land reclamation digitalization in the Russian Federation are identified, and the directions of its improvement are proposed.

The article analyzes the backbone concepts of the spatial theory of sustainable development of modern countries – information space. The aim of the study is to substantiate the author's interpretation of the conceptual apparatus of spatial analysis, taking into account the principles of methodological institutionalism (comparative studies). In accordance with the purpose of the research, the following tasks are set and solved in the article: the essence of the information space in the system of sustainable development as a set of interactions of economic agents affecting the environment is disclosed; the attributive properties of the information space are formulated; the directions of its transformation under the influence of sustainable development processes are determined; the hypothesis about the transformation of the information space into information and communication under the influence of digitalization processes is formulated. It is concluded that the enrichment of the conceptual apparatus of the theory of spatial economics is a necessary prerequisite for the development of tools for implementing the sustainable development strategy in the digital and spatial dimensions.

The article presents the values of generations living in different regions of North-West Russia. The research identified changes in the values of generations over the period of 2009–2018. The first stage was conducted in 2009, the second one in 2018. The study involved 769 people (288 men and 481 women) aged 16-83 living in Arkhangelsk and Arkhangelsk region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was a sociological approach to generations as well as socio-psychological interpretation of a generation as a large social group. We tested our hypothesis ether there are any differences in generational values and how they changed since 2009 in a Metropolis and Regional Centre. We studied values using the Russian version of Schwartz’s Value Survey adapted by V. Karandashev (Karandashev, 2004). Statistical analysis was carried out with the help of Statistica 10.0 software package. We calculated primary statistics and used the criteria analysis applying the Mann-Whitney criterion (Z). The results showed that: 1) values are a good indicator for monitoring the processes of social and individual change resulting from historical, social, and personal events; 2) value orientations of residents of a metropolis demonstrate relatively high stability; 3) values of older generations are more stable; 4) younger generations contribute most to the generational dynamics of values.

The characteristics of the main content of the resources and risks of the digital educational environment are considered. The features of understanding the nature and determinants of the success of the interaction of future specialists in the digital educational environment are shown. The article deals with the use of information resources and interaction in the network as a factor of professional and personal growth of students. An idea is given about the features of the semanticization of relations in the digital educational environment. The role of an adequate understanding of the semantic core of the problem in the productivity of students ‘ project activities is shown. The conditions and ways of achieving success in interaction in the information space within the framework of educational and professional activities are described. The relationship of success with information competence and semantic features of the attitude to interaction in the information space, the motivation of achievement and the expression of the desire for self-development is shown. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of students ‘ attitudes to interaction in the digital environment are described, and their ideas about the limitations and risks of this format of activity are shown. The article presents the material describing the main content of students ‘ ideas about the characteristics of a successful teacher and a successful student as subjects of interaction in the digital educational environment.

The article deals with the development of socio-cultural competencies in students of pre-school educational institutions. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the authors reveal the essence of sociocultural competences in general and highlight their significance for pupils. Based on the fact that sociocultural competence is an integrative characteristic of a person who presupposes knowledge in various social and cultural spheres, includes the ability and willingness to interact with other people in different life ranges, the ability to use information resources for creative meaning in the information space, the authors present a study conducted over two years in a municipal budgetary pre-school educational institution kindergarten "cloud". For a full-fledged study, the article analyzes the level of formation of sociocultural competences in 2017 (before the introduction of the model) and in 2018 after its implementation. The study is carried out with the grant support for young scientists – candidates of sciences, number MK-313.2019.6, issued by the President of the Russian Federation Comparison of indicators allowed one to establish the degree of effectiveness of the proposed model. To identify the degree of formation of competencies, the authors proposed several levels: low, medium and sufficient.

The paper presents the experience of applying modern information technologies while operating the urban pipeline systems. Consideration is given to the main problems interfering with ensuring the efficient modes of pipeline systems operation that are caused by uncertainty and inconsistency of information on the actual condition of the system that, in turn, are originated by different technological factors. The paper also pays attention to the lack of continuity, inconsistency and duplication of data in different software packages (accounting, billing, resources planning and management, geo-information systems, SAPR, SCADA, digital models of pipeline systems, etc.) used by companies, which complicates operation of pipeline systems. The paper discusses advantages of development and introduction of unified information space in a company, related problems of its updating, and methods of remote access to it. Causes originating this problem are analyzed and ways for its solution are searched for from the standpoint of the latest information technologies. For solving this problem the authors propose specialized software that implies active use of wireless communication channels, mobile devices, etc. This mobile information package is briefly described as a prototype intended for remote access to unified information space of a company and to a digital model of the pipeline system in particular using mobile communication devices. Considered are the advantages of this development and scenarios of its application.

The article deals with the issues of increasing the reliability and quality of water supply systems operation on the basis of modern methods and software complexes for the analysis and development of hydraulic conditions. Against the backdrop of the analysis of the literature on the problem of reliability, the relevance and insufficiency of attention to maintaining the required level of reliability at the stage of water supply systems operation are revealed. The main factors that affect on operational reliability are considered. These factors are largely associated with the competent organization of operating conditions of water supply systems. A brief description of the «Angara-WS» computer program for solving the problems of analyzing and developing of hydraulic conditions, as well as the experience of its practical application, is given. A special feature of this complex is its universality, the possibility of multilevel representation of models, the execution of one-and multi-level calculations, integration into a common information space of the enterprise, automation of the processes of mode analysis, accumulation and analysis of damage statistics.

The article describes the informatization level of enterprises operating pipeline networks. Existing problems are presented. These problems are related to the fragmentation of information systems and the inability to provide information support for decision-making on the management of the development and operation of pipeline systems. An overview of the most high-usage used software for automate the activities of enterprises is given. The need to create a common information space of an enterprise and the opportunities it provides is shown. A brief description of the information-computer environment “ANGARA” and the technology of organizing a common information space on its basis is given. The experience of practical application of the information-computer environment “ANGARA” for creating the common information space of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Vodocanal” in Irkutsk is cited. On the diagram of the organizational structure of the enterprise the workplaces with access to a common information is showed.

The analysis of institutional and technological prerequisites is given in this article to implement the partnering mechanism in the Russian building with respect to the declaration of the state policy for formation of the digital economy and adoption of the relevant strategy and state program. Three elements of information environment which are under formation at present and that can form a technological basis for the wide application of the mechanism of partnering in the investment and building process are identified as the reference ones: technologies for building information modeling, information analysis systems which unite various construction aspects in a single complex, and banks of regulatory documents and standard forms of contracts for use by building participants. It was concluded that the conditions for transition from the conventional models for implementation of the investment and building process to the models based on the building participants’ partnership have been created in Russia.

In order to timely identify threats and risks to energy security and promptly respond to them and the dynamics of their change, the Energy Security Doctrine provides for the formation of a risk management system. The significant heterogeneity of the regions of the Russian Federation, including with a special specificity of the territories of the North and the Arctic zones and the predominance of decentralized energy supply in them, justifies the need for the formation of a regional segment of the assessment that provides for and takes into account these differences in detailing the sphere and the monitoring process itself. The paper presents proposals on the formation of the structure of a separate module of the regional segment for assessing the energy security of isolated areas, separate research modules and indicators for assessing decentralized power supply systems from the standpoint of ensuring energy security. One of the approaches to the formation of the structure of a single information space of the regional segment of the risk management system is proposed.

The article attempts to reflect correlation of the traditional values and axiological foundations of the information society. The purpose of the article is to present the values being formed during the social development in the Information Age. Particular attention is paid to understanding the modern society moral state, the analysis of information societies value systems, the identification of the managed information field influence on the moral axiological foundations transformation. It is noted that increasing influence of information space on consciousness correlates with the growth of conflict situations in society. Sociocultural and comparative methodological approaches in their dialectical unity have been used to reveal the content of traditional cultural values and values of the information society.

Approach to synthesis of modular structure of a subsystem of information security of the automated process control system is offered. The task has been solved on the basis of a set-theoretic notation with elements of the graph theory. The graph model constructed thus will be used further during the setting and the decision of the task of synthesis of the optimum conceptual diagram of modular structure. Thus, we can conclude that graph theory is widely applied in the design of the information space of the organization and can be used at all stages – from the formation of the it strategy and building it infrastructure to optimize specific software tools subsystem of information security.

The present stage of development of our country is distinguished by dynamism and qualitative changes in all spheres of public life. As the information component of the modern economy grows in Russia, the role and importance of the information interaction of an enterprise with representatives of the internal and external business environment increases significantly, and this has a direct impact on the effective functioning of the organization at all stages of its production, sales and management activities. Properly organized processes of receiving, storing, processing and analyzing data within the organization allow us to assess the company state of affairs, plan for the nearest future and assess future prospects, make timely decisions about changing of business policies, reorganizing the structure, timely fulfillment of sales and production plans, and effectively use the employees’ working hours with the greatest benefit to the organization. The set of information flows that ensure an organization interaction with its internal and external representatives forms the information space of the enterprise.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal analysis of the implementation of educational and enlightenment projects in terms of the information space formation. The aims of the work were to carry out the legal analysis of the terminology of the notions “educational project” and “enlightenment project” in the legal acts of regulation the mechanism of educational policy, justification of the necessity for unification of the approaches in the implementation of educational programs and development of the exact criteria of the evaluation for carrying out the educational and enlightenment projects in terms of information space of knowledge. The conducted analysis showed that the conditions for the functioning of the electronic informational and educational environment are created by numerous Internet projects, search systems, newsletters, forums, online consultations, audio-visual services, social services in the Web 2.0 format, user content and information resources (of public and scientific-methodological nature). The main types of educational projects implemented by means creating conditions for the information space formation of knowledge are identified: media and social educational projects (public media projects), enlightenment projects in the Internet space (enlightenment projects with the use of the possibilities of mass media communications, interactive enlightenment projects) and information enlightenment projects.

The authors consider the role of the digital economy in Russia and some related processes. The aim of the study was to develop recommendations for the formation of a digital platform for the industrial cooperation. It is obvious that Russia is not a leader by the index of business digitalization (the leading countries are Finland, South Korea, and Netherlands). The authors make a conclusion about the feasibility of using a digital platform for industrial cooperation, which allows linking resources and consumers of products and services in a single information space. They also consider the creation of a regional subcontracting centre as the organizational model focused on the cooperative relations formation for production chains of large, small, and medium business, as well as on the stimulation of innovations through technology transfer, promotion opportunities for products of industrial enterprises on regional markets.

The article is dedicated to the problem of the absence of any theoretical justification of the process of the creation of the general information space, which would make the effective use of the main types of resources possible during the processes management at all the stages of life cycle in construction. The problems of classification and the problem creation of the system of coding of the material resources considering their main properties and characteristics, as well as the need of creation of any requirements management unit as a part of the information system are separately considered.

Nowadays aerospace enterprises have a variety of Information Systems (IS) and Software Complexes (SC). Their strategic aim is to integrate all IS and SC, thus to create the Single Information Space (SIS). An approach to create the SIS based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concept at aerospace enterprises is suggested. It was shown that different tools to implement this approach are available. The SOA model of the SIS of the typical enterprise, which has a custom set of services, IS and SC, was developed. Two modifications of this SOA model are proposed. The first modification is suitable for creation of the SIS on enterprises which have Business Intelligence (BI) systems based on Data Warehouse (DW). Another modification of the SOA-based SIS is important for those enterprises which require to process at least the part of technological and manufacturing data in a real-time mode.

Today, it is difficult to imagine the education of children at schools and universities without the use of a project-based approach. Pupils and students carry out projects in all subjects on a variety of topics. Mathematics is one of the most difficult subject at schools. Mathematics is the most abstract subject out of all studied at school, and this is one of the reasons for difficulties the students face. This may be solved by introducing projects showing the applied value of mathematics, its relationship to other subjects, and to life in general. Projects help students to better understand the topic, to demonstrate their creativity. While implementing the project tasks students develop their cognitive skills, ability to independently navigate in the information space, ability to independently produce and design knowledge and many others. Students also carried out cross-disciplinary projects, which clearly demonstrated the relation of mathematics to everyday life and to other subjects. Then, scientific and practical conference was held based on the results of the projects.
