In the traditional molecular distillation process, there are also large differences in the process parameters of different extracts in the process of separation and purification, and there are equipment aging and site condition changes in the project of equipment operation, and the setting of process parameters is only based on the experience of the operator, which greatly reduces the effect of separation and purification. In this paper, ELM-ADHDP is used to optimize the process parameters of the molecular distillation system, determine the best process parameters, achieve accurate and optimized control of the equipment, improve the efficiency of separation and purification, and reduce the energy consumption and the dependence on manual experience.

Wiped film molecular distillation is a kind of evaporation device with rotating scraping film structure, which is used to separate and purify viscous materials at molecular level. The feed pump of a wiped film molecular distillation is a centrifugal pump driven by a brushless DC motor. The fluid flow at the outlet has an important effect on the evaporation process. Based on the geometric model of the test pump generated by Gambit, the unsteady flow and head in the pump under optimal, low flow and shut off conditions were calculated, and the influence of liquid viscosity on the flow parameter pulsation behind the impeller, that is, inside the volute was investigated. The head calculated by unsteady flow model and steady flow model is compared with the experimental values. In addition, the calculated liquid velocity distribution during water transport is compared with the measured results of LDV in detail. The results show that the increase of fluid viscosity weakens the flow parameter pulsation behind the impeller of the feed pump and the flow separation tendency near the blade face.

With the updating of the concept of education and the innovative application of science and technology in the field of education, the education teaching mode is also iterative, for the current “Excel in Accounting” teaching mode is too traditional and other teaching status quo, this paper integrates the “PBL + MOOC” model to explore its reform design in the 《Applications of Excel in Accounting》 teaching and demonstrating the specific application of the actual teaching and learning, and finally through the analysis of the learner’s participation and completion of homework on the effectiveness of the implementation of this mode of teaching and learning evaluation, in order to improve the teaching effect and quality of the course.

Programming courses have the characteristics of strong technical, practical, logical, and fast update and iteration. It is difficult to apply the teaching reforms based on curriculum Civics to this kind of courses in close connection with the students’ actual professional learning, and the construction of curriculum Civics has certain difficulties. By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of program design courses’ Civics, the Civics construction program for program design courses is elaborated from the objectives of Civics, the implementation path of Civics teaching, and the design of Civics teaching. A specific case is given, and the effect of the implementation of Civics in the courses is analyzed. The practice proves to be of certain reference value for the construction, evaluation and improvement of the program design courses

Organizational culture has always been a mainstream issue of research in the field of organizations, and its connotation has been gradually enriched, perfected and presented a trend of diversification. Innovation is perceived as a critical factor in helping enterprises to retain competitive advantages, while employee innovation behaviour is thought to be the basis for enterprises to innovate. Using the definitions proposed by Chinese and foreign scholars in the past decade for reference and from the perspective of social cognitive theory, this paper, in the form of an argumentative essay, mainly to elaborate the connotation of organizational culture as well as the concept of employee innovation behavior, and it studies on the impact mechanism of organizational culture on employees and defines the research concepts on the impact of employee innovation behavior. And therefore the paper introduces the state of related research in China and abroad by outlining and summarizing the existing research, and points out that an organization creating atmosphere of encouragement for innovation can stimulate the employee’s sense of self-efficacy and further make the individuals sense of self-reliance, sense of efficacy, which in turn leads to a sense of innovation among individual employees. This paper theoretically shows that organizational culture plays a rather positive part in guiding individual employee to display innovative behaviors, and by summarizing and reviewing the existing studies, it points out the future development prospect of this field, which will provide reference and help for the subsequent researchers to carry out their studies.

Adsorption desulfurization of catalytic gasoline (S Zorb) is an important desulfurization measure that is performed to meet the environmental protection requirements before the final product oil is sold in the market. The desulfurization reactor is a gas–solid two-phase flow environment composed of high-temperature and high-pressure hydrogen-oil mixed gas and sorbent particles; erosion prominently occurs on the reactor distribution plate. This study selects the typical gas–solid two-phase flow conditions and defines the erosion mechanism of the gas–solid two-phase flow environment for the plastic material of E347. Moreover, an S Zorb desulfurization reactor model is constructed, the CFD-DEM model is adopted to predict the wall erosion characteristics in a gas–solid two-phase flow environment, typical erosion laws are obtained via calculations. The erosion laws under the influence of variable parameters are studied based on the orthogonal test, the orthogonal test results show the best parameter combination, the parameter combination yields the maximum erosion rate and high erosion area that are 29.9% and 17.3%, respectively, lower than the existing values. Moreover, an optimum scheme of the inner structure parameters of the reactor is determined for reducing erosion rate and area.

This paper studies the relationship between the financing structure and the probability of default of A-share listed companies from 2001 to 2020. The purpose is to prevent the occurrence of default and ensure the healthy development of various industries. It is found that the higher the proportion of external financing is, the higher the probability of default is. The impact of debt financing on default risk is higher than equity financing. In addition, this paper tests the mediating effect of cash flow risk, and the effect of financing structure on debt default probability is heterogeneous among regions and enterprises. These findings show that enterprises must control their financing structure, optimize the allocation of resources, prevent cash flow risk, reduce the probability of debt default, so as to make various industries flourish and optimize the industrial structure.

The export scale of Shenzhen has been ranked first in large and medium-sized cities in mainland China for 26 consecutive years, among which the export of high-tech products has been relatively stable. This paper analyzes the development of high-tech industry in Shenzhen, the power and support provided by scientific and technological investment and technological innovation, the ways to improve the export competitiveness of products in Shenzhen, and summarizes the law of sustainable development which can help to promote the export competitiveness of high-tech products in Shenzhen.

The Amur River Basin is one of the most sensitive areas to the effects of climate change. In this study, spatial and temporal analysis of concentration index over the Amur River Basin in northeast China was presented. Precipitation data from 71 meteorological stations for the time series 1980-2018 on daily scale was employed in the study. The results indicated that precipitation events of low-intensity accounted for 28.59 % of rainy days, however, the proportion of rain amount was 1.33 %. On the contrary, high-and very high-intensity events accounted for 40.34 % of rainy days and as high as 90.53 % of annual precipitation amount. Precipitation concentration explain the cause of why some regions are prone to be influenced by high intensity precipitation events, spatial distribution of different intensities can be partly interpreted by daily rainfall heterogeneity and regional geomorphology. Furthermore, a significant change toward a stronger precipitation concentration was demonstrated over some regions, and this need concern from the administration.

In this paper we propose and evaluate an effective approach based on multiple colour histograms. The target is adaptively divided into non-overlapping regions. The proposed partition does not weaken the robustness of the colour histogram representation; it can be used to any class targets. Experimental results show that the proposed representation improve the tracking accuracy and decrease the number of iterations.

Compressive tracking (CT) is utilized to cope with real-time tracking, which use a very sparse measurement matrix to compressive samples of targets and background, then a classifier is trained to distinguish foreground and background. However, this algorithm suffers from the drifting problem, and used the fixed size tracking box to detect, recognize, and update the samples and classifier. In order to solve these problems, we adopt a different way to extracted positive samples, and employ powerful features to exploit the advantages of feature fusion to describe target, a scale pyramid is used to realize adaptive scale tracking. Experimental results on various benchmark video sequences demonstrate the superior performance of our algorithm.

This paper presents a novel sliding mode control to achieve a high positioning accuracy for ball screw servo system. A two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) model with time-varying parameter uncertainties and disturbance is firstly built to describe the first axial mode resonance for the ball screw servo system. A novel nonlinear sliding mode control is designed for the system with better transient response of fast response and non-overshoot. The stability of the nonlinear sliding-mode surface and controller are verified based on the Lyapunov function. The frequency response experiment result indicates that the system modelling is accurate enough and the simulation result shows that the tracking accuracy for ball screw servo system is improved with the proposed controller.
