In the conditions of the Rostov region and the Chechen Republic in 2021-2023. Experiments were carried out to study the influence of pre-planting treatment of the basal (root) part of seedlings of the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (grafted crop) and Levokumsky (root crop). The American phylloxera-resistant variety Kober 5BB was used as a rootstock for the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. As a result of the research, it was found that the yield of Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings from a grape school increased in all variants with the use of drugs and was on average higher by 16.9-25.2%, which is a significant indicator in grafted viticulture. The results of research experiments conducted on self-rooted seedlings of the Levokumsky variety show identical results. Treatment with Slavol increased the yield of rooted seedlings from the school in all concentrations. The concentration of 0.4% showed the greatest efficiency (54.4% versus 29.0% in the control), however, at concentrations of 0.5% and 0.6% a decrease in yield was observed, but the yield was higher than in the control, 52 .4% and 40.4% respectively.

Reducing the load provides an increase in the yield of marketable cuttings from 8.0 thousand pieces/ha in control to 33.3-71.0 tousand pieces/ha. It has been established that a decrease in the load of the mother bush contributes to a significant improvement in the ratio of the size of conductive tissues to the diameter of the cutting from 70.4% in the control to 71.2-74.3%, which is an important indicator for further propagation of grapes. The regularity of the decrease in the load of mother plants with an increase in the quality indicators of the cutting was revealed, namely the content of NPK from 7.8% to 8.1-8.7%, carbohydrates from 17.6% to 22.45-23.28%, of which starch from 5.0% to 9-9.3%, disaccharides from 6.17% to 6.20-6.45%, monosaccharides from 6.43% to 7.22-7.33%. The increased content of nutrients in the cuttings, with their further use as vegetative seedlings, contributed to an increase in the rates of survival, growth and development of seedlings on the plantation. A significant increase in the yield of seedlings from 40.1% in the control to 46.1-53.9% was noted with a decrease in the load of bushes with shoots.

The article describes the benefits of using plant resistance inducers on cereal crops and the basic principles of their impact on pests development (Pyrenophora tritici-repentis, Puccinia triticina, Puccinia striiformis, Puccinia graminis, Puccinia hordei). The assessment results of the biological and economic effectiveness of L-479 and DL-59 preparations are presented in comparison with the chemical Kolosal,CE and biological Albit, which were used as standards for reducing the development of yellow leaf spot and rust diseases. L-479 product was found to be the most effective on wheat against brown, yellow and stem rust, and yellow leaf spot. Its biological efficacy ranged from 48.3 % to 57.0 % depending on the pathogen, and the increase in grain yield ranged from 3.7 % to 22.1 %. DL-59 product showed the best biological efficacy against dwarf leaf rust of barley – 89.8 %, the increase in grain yield was 3.5 %.
