The digital ecosystem for the agro-industrial complex emerged as a platform that unites agrarians from all regions of Russia and stimulates the promotion of agro-technologies in rural areas. The successes demonstrated by the agribusiness sector since 2017 need to be consolidated and developed, which is why a unique industry ecosystem “Your Farm” was built on the basis of the Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) in the conditions of digital interaction. The digital platform is a unique megaservice that unites farmers and allows them to solve questions on the sale and supply of agricultural products. It is also used to attract various types of state support, find or train qualified employees, develop agro-tourism and promote rural areas. It also allows farmers to form a real estate database. RusAg ecosystem continues to develop and expand its services, the number of users of the platform’s services is increasing, the popularity of rural lifestyle is growing. The “Your Farm” digital ecosystem has turned an industry bank into a technological platform. It promotes technical modernization of the agro-industrial complex, expands its export potential, attracts specialists to work in rural areas, and improves the quality of life in the regions.

Organic 3.0 agro-technologies have been gaining popularity over the last decades in light of the search for solutions for sustainable environmental management and sustainable development of territories. The International Sustainable Development Goals recommend the transfer and search for new agro-technologies of gentle impact on the environment in order to maximize resource conservation and minimize anthropogenic impact on nature for future generations. The trend of transition of many countries to organic production requires additional investment and building new mechanisms of interaction in the sphere of agro-industrial complex. The paper studies the established market of organic products, assesses its structure and makes a forecast of its future expansion. Climate change and the reduction of areas suitable for the production of food raw materials impose an additional burden on agricultural production, which should use more effective methods and technologies to increase productivity in the current conditions. The conclusions are drawn about the key role of Russia in the development of the organic trend of agro-industrial complex as a country with vast agrarian territories and resources.

In modern regional development, food security remains a critical global problem, the solution of which dictates the need for a comprehensive approach to the assessment of factors modelling the situation. The high dependence of food markets on the geopolitical situation in the countries that produce agricultural raw materials makes it necessary to search for new suppliers and new ways to increase production. Countries with predominantly agricultural specialization of regions are now getting an opportunity to occupy the vacated market niches and enter the world food markets. It becomes obvious that there is a new round of interregional interaction and establishment of trade relations between producers and suppliers of agricultural products, as well as the development of new agrofood systems.

Forecast scenarios of scientific and technological development of the national economy are adaptively written off in the paradigm of technological patterns and progressive development of industries. The AIC becomes one of the supporting industries actively generating and implementing the production process of new biotechnological production solutions in the trend of green development. The tendencies of future forecast of biotechnologies application and growth of demand for products with new qualitative characteristics are considered. The conclusions are drawn about the growth of activity with regard to the search and development of fundamentally new approaches to the production and processing of AIC products.

Modern society today is reconsidering its development strategy in the light of changing environmental conditions. The global climatic changes observed over the last 30-40 years require not just a careful attitude toward nature and resources, but a comprehensive review of the technologies of production and processing of raw materials and resources. The consumer strategy that has dominated society for the past 2-3 centuries must be completely transformed into a new philosophy of sustainable development of economic systems and growth of food supply for the growing world population. Deteriorating production conditions and resource depletion will not allow a growing humanity to develop at the same speed without a sustainable food base. Therefore, the task of increasing food security becomes a priority in the strategy for the development of the national economy.

Organic agriculture is a dynamically developing area of the global agro-industrial complex. Global climate problems and the depletion of natural resources across the planet dictate the need to review the food production technologies used. Excessive intensification of agricultural production through soil mineralization and fertilization, hormonal stimulation of animal and plant growth has led to the deterioration of water, soil, air quality and overall health. Therefore, the problem of reducing the anthropogenic impact on the environment is the main trend of implementing the principles of organic production. The paper developed recommendations for the strategic development of the Russian market of organic production within the framework of the current EAEU agreement. Conclusions were made on the expansion of instruments of state incentives for the development of organic agricultural production in a changing world economic relations and integration.

This article examines and analyses innovative opportunities for insurance development in Russia. Thanks to innovative opportunities in a new paradigm, it is possible to move from traditional insurance products to new ones, which in turn will become the basis for regional development. Based on the analysis of the current state of the insurance market, the authors have concluded that insurance products/services need to be continuously improved, which will allow insurance companies to increase the flow of insured, to maximize the financial results of insurance companies.
