The article offers information on carbon capture and storage (CCS) project, a climate change policy of the Canadian government. It says that the government is showing a keen interest in the CCS project and is investing 650 million dollars in developing the project. It informs that the climate program which aims to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, might also be a way to promote the tar sands corporations.
