Abstract

The article presents a case report of gigantism, an uncommon childhood condition caused by genetic etiology, in an 11.4 year male who complained of weakness, pain in the forehead and slow speaking for four to five months. Details of the patient's physical appearance and medical history are provided. It was suggested that growth hormone secretion (GH) should be assessed and signs for McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS) should be monitored in the patient.
