The article reports on the public suspicion about police and military collusion in the soccer stadium assault against Ultras in Egypt. It states that Ultras played an important role in repelling this vicious assault in 2011 by Egypt's former president Hosni Mubarak's men. It states the Egyptians have realized that the assault whether consciously planned or whether consciously permitted, were acts of revenge by authorities.
