An excerpt from a talk given by Tibetan Buddhist Chime Rinpoche at the Buddhist Society, a registered charity, Summer School 2016 gathering of Buddhists is presented which explores the teaching of Tibetan Buddhism in the West.

A reprint of the article "The Spirit of Zen" by Japanese author Daisetsu Teitaro Suzuki, which appeared in the journal "Buddhism in England," is presented. It discusses the use of communication in teaching Zen Buddhism and in the development of spiritual life. It also asserted that Zen teaching has to be carried on in the performance of our daily lives.
