Abstract

The article describes the case of a patient in his 60s who has non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) containing low-grade and two immunophenotypicaly and genetically distinct high-grade elements within the same lymph nodes. The patient complained of night sweats and a rapidly enlarging left supraclavicular lymph node. His tissue analysis showed a partly fragmented lymph node within which normal features had been effaced by a complex lymphoid neoplasm.
