High technologies have penetrated into all spheres of production, and recently they have been applied even in such traditional industries as agriculture. Technology development also has influence on the appearance of new company functions and motivates the appearance of new professions and new types of services. In order to understand the future of innovative development in the field of agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to forecast what technologies the future and what related professions will arise in the near tomorrow. In addition, we need to know what condition of this market is now, which areas are actively developing, and which are only just beginning to be implemented into the agricultural sector. This paper answers on these questions.

The article substantiates the development of public-private partnerships in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine stating the digitalization of it as a priority. In current conditions the agrarian sector is crucial for the economy of Ukraine that is proved by its economic figures. Simultaneously it bears a very important social role. Providing the beneficial interaction between the state and private business in the direction of digitalization of the agrarian sector through implementing public-private projects can become a significant step for raising both economic and social achievements in the sector and in the economy as whole. Thanks to the public-private partnerships in the agrarian sector the state can act as a partner carrying out control over food security, animals’ health, social norms, logistics of the agrarian product, etc. without direct penetration into the sector. Implementing of this is possible through providing digital technologies in the sector which will allow providing modern schemes of the economic activity.

The article deals with the issue of the decentralization of power in Ukraine, the unification of territorial communities, the development of a democratic local government, the establishment of local democracy, the factors that influence this process, the forms of participation of residents in solving everyday problems of the community. The purpose of the research paper is to reveal the mechanisms of decentralization of power at the local level, identify the main tendencies that appear during its implementation, ways to improve local governance and develop local democracy in the current crisis. In result, the study has established that the found in the developed democratic countries, the Institute of Local Self-Government – is a unique area that promotes the introduction of such signs of democracy as a community of tasks, joint responsibility, universal agreement, brotherhood, tolerance, equality. So, local democracy is necessary; it should be developed, strengthened in all directions. Has been established that the active form of citizen participation in community affairs is the implementation of the idea of the participation budget or public budget. The project had supported in virtually all regions of Ukraine and, thanks to it, people managed to solve a large number of local affairs under its responsibility, while increasing transparency and accountability of management structures and deepening decentralization processes on the ground.

The article considers mechanism of investment maintenance of sustainable development of the agricultural sphere which should be based on a set of principles, measures and tools that ensure the flow of income and efficient use of investment resources by joint interaction, ultimately enable sustainable development of the agricultural sphere as an integral socio - economic system on the basis of human - centrated basis, differentiated zonal approach, alignment of territorial asymmetry, deepening cross-border cooperation, focus on European standards, ensure effective competition, development of entrepreneurship, reorienting development criteria and indirect state intervention

There are many trading strategies in the modern economy. When a company needs to use some strategy, it is not simple to choose the right direction. This paper helps to understand the most effective strategies in the market for traders and companies, its advantages and disadvantages, prepares to be ready for different consequences of existing strategies, to define the most appropriate strategy for the specific company and offers the ways to improve its effectiveness.

The article explores several aspects of the possible existence of informational actions and counteractions in the field of economy. The analysis of similar processes has been made utilizing structure-functional and structure-dynamic modelling. The basic models that allow revealing the essence of the phenomena under analysis are the systems of differential equations that are congruent with the constructions, which have used in the traditional dynamic system. The combination of contextual and subsidiary DFD-diagrams, developed following the technology SADT, allows understanding the functional logic of performed actions. The experimental part of the research had based on the use of imitation platform Analogic and the real statistic data that testified to the dynamic marketing behaviour of a range of business entities. These entities promoted their products in the market using information-communication technologies. The scholars of the study integrated structure-functional and structure-dynamic patterns of informational actions and counteractions in the field of the economy that have successfully tested. The results of modelling possess a high level of compatibility with the empirical data. It provides adequate prediction and assessment of the possibility of implementing various scenarios of events, and, consequently, in economy management.

The theme of the stock market is on the level of development in some countries. It faces several problems for the first time, and there are no mechanisms for its overcoming. There are offers on how to overcome the most widespread problems of countries where the stock market start to develop. The central part is belonging to state intervention and the formation of legislative bases. Due to methods of analysis and generalisation, the article offers measures and mechanism of action for countries which have the same problems as Ukrainian. This research can be applied as it is or become the basis for the development of new recommendations for the regulation of stock market activity.

The topic of the paper was selected because agricultural products occupy approximately 70% of stock exchange trade in Ukraine. 1% of all world oilseeds on the stock market belong to Ukrainian agricultural activity. The paper discusses the perspectives of Ukraine to be not only top-country of oilseeds product exporter but a real player of the world exchange market of oilseeds. There is information about current conditions on the oilseeds market in Ukraine, its dynamics during the last couple of years and perspectives for the future. Favourable conditions and big yield area allow Ukraine to develop a branch of oilseeds production not only with food aims but produce commodities of oilseeds processing. Introduction into the trade by derivative offers useful perspectives for oilseeds trade. Lack of experience of domestic traders is no problem to use stock exchange trading if to base on the international example of different countries and orient to lossless trade by soybeans contracts and other similar activity
