1. Evaluation level of clinical belongingness in bachelor nursing students

Aims: Belongingness is considered to be important phenomenon for nursing students and other people involved in the education of students and is perceived as a sense of student experience connection with the learning environment and is one of the most important needs of all students for success in learning environments. this study was to determine the level of Clinical belongingness in bachelor nursing students Instrument & Methods :In this study, 93 nursing students is studying in the second semester of 1394-1395 are selected and used for the belonging scale of 32 items. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and independent t-test and ANOVA. Findings :The mean score of students in clinical belongingness scale 3.31+_ 0.56, in the subscale self-esteem 3.34+ _0.60 , in the subscale connectivity 3.11 +_ 0.64 , in the subscale efficiency 3.46+_0.67. Independent t-test showed significant difference between the mean clinical belongingness score of students interested and uninterested to the field (p = 0.009) and between the mean clinical belonging (p = 0.05). Analysis of variance showed a significant difference between the mean clinical belongingness score of various academic semester (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Nursing students clinical belongingness has been moderate.Being interested professionals and working in practice to be effective in the experience of belongingness to clinical setting.
