Abstract

The article reports on the student-led health education program at the Federation University's School of Nursing, Midwifery & Healthcare in collaboration with power company AGL Loy Yang. Topics discussed include the programs' provision of innovative student experiences that have positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the community, the university's aim to produce dynamic and competent nursing students, and the students' development of leadership and teamwork skills.
