The aims of this activity are 1) to clean the reservoir area from increasing waste and sediment; 2) to provide a design of the boat cleaning garbage and sediment in the reservoir using the SketchUp Pro 3D Design Program; 3) to make boat cleaning garbage and sediment using used plastic barrels. The community service activities are carried out with qualitative methods and descriptive-analytical approaches carried out in the Purwosekar Village, Tajinan District, Malang Regency. This community service activity has an output target in the form of product design and physical form of garbage and sediment boats using used plastic barrels. It is hoped that, in the end, it will be able to develop the reservoir area into a tourism vehicle so that it helps disseminate the promotion of products created by the village community and improve the economy of the residents.

—Based on data released by BPJS Kesehatan at the beginning of February 2018, the current population of Indonesia who became BPJS participants amounted to 192,029,645 people with the highest number of participants using central government funds, which amounted to 48.07%. The classification based on BPJS participant contributions results in the division of different inpatient classes for each registered participant. Each participant has the right to care according to class I care, class II care and class III care. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2017 has stipulated the provisions that in the event that a national health insurance participant wishes to go up the inpatient service class above his class, he must pay the difference in cost between the hospital rate and the class he is entitled to. . This phenomenon is one of the considerations of the parties involved in providing services in health facilities to maximize their role according to the needs of participants. This paper is intended to examine the additional implications of the difference in cost of hospitalization for BPJS Health patients as an effort to empower the community associated with proper functions as a tool of social engineering (Social Engineering). The dedication of Lecturers to the Society aims to improve the quality of health of the assisted elderly through the utilization of milk kefir based on the resources potential of Tanjungsari region, socialization and community empowerment, especially the elderly in the manufacture and usage of household milk kefir. This devotion uses the training method followed by mentoring for one month. The aged health parameters measured at the beginning and end of the activity include blood pressure, glucose level, cholesterol, and uric acid. The results of the dedication show successfully bringing the training participants up to 150% (90 people) from the initial target. Seventy participants (175% of the target) committed to the practice of making milk kefir, 29 people (145% of the target) consistently produce and utilize milk kefir regularly. Participants who consistently utilized the milk kefir experienced improvement of the four health parameters measured, i.e. blood pressure, glucose, uric acid, and cholesterol with percentages of 65.5%, 93.1%, 100%, and 82.76%, respectively.
