This article discusses a partnership between industry, nonprofits, and academia to create pathways to careers in aviation. The partnership has resulted in a library of free resources for educators and learners, including activities tailored for learners and opportunities to earn badges and rank on a leaderboard. The article also highlights the importance of addressing workforce shortages in aviation and the efforts being made to engage youth in the field. The collaboration has led to the development of a series of aeronautics-themed STEM activities for K-12 education, which are housed and disseminated through the AeroEducate platform. The article concludes by inviting readers to explore the resources and consider becoming part of the collaborative solution. [Extracted from the article]
