ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the network of human and non-human actors involved in the computerization of primary health care in the Brazilian federal government. Method: A qualitative study that used as a theoretical reference the actor-network theory and as a methodological reference the cartography of controversies. Data analysis was carried out using Gephi software, and through the extraction of reports, informed by the actor-network theory. Results: We found a network of 288 connections among 33 actors, composed mainly of nonhuman influencers of computerization. These actors are distributed throughout 3 inter-related communities, and manage the network by defining obligations, penalties, conflicts and intentionalities, thus influencing the success of the intended computerization. Final considerations: The network of actors at the federal level generates situations that, in many cases, hamper the successful implementation of a nationwide computerization strategy.

The present text is a theoretical reflection upon the importance of Nursing care models for the consolidation of this discipline, concerning the contribution of Convergent Care Research (Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial -PCA) in elaborating such models. Beyond this, this article discusses the importance of Convergent Care Research in the convergence of the academic and practical worlds of nursing, which aid towards a safe practice, systematize care, and establish connections between pragmatism and scientism, leading nurses to adopt more solid knowledge construction postures.

The development and application of information technology influence all areas of knowledge, enabling new ways of learning. The Wiki is a tool of information and communication technology provided by the Web 2.0 that can be exploited and used in teaching, learning, care and research in nursing education. Thus, this quantitative study is a descriptive and exploratory objective was to evaluate the nursing students with the criteria of Ergonomics and Usability of the tool Wiki as a technology to access information on nursing care in mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit. The tool was evaluated as "excellent" in the criteria for Ergonomics and Usability, and is considered a new emerging technology suitable for educational use.

Information is essential for nursing care because nurses in subsidizing clinical decision making for the resolution and reduction of health problems. This review integrative study identified publications in national and international journals the major data standards, terminologies and classification systems used in health care and nursing. The research was conducted on MEDLINE, CINAHL and SCIELO using the keywords: Information Systems, Nursing Informatics, Medical Informatics, Computerized Medical Records Systems, Terminology and Nomenclature of Medicine Systematized. It was selected 91 articles which were analyzed in two empirical categories: "data standards for health care and nursing" and "terminologies and classification systems in nursing" From the various data standards, terminologies and classification systems, it is important that nursing take ownership of them aiming to improve and renew the quality of care.

Qualitative research whose purpose was to reflect and argue about the relationship between hospitality, care and nursing according to experiences of PhD students. The research was developed from theoretic and practical meeting carried through by disciplines "the care in Nursing and Health" of PhD nursing Program at Santa Catarina Federal University. Its chosen theoretical frame of Hospitality perspective while nursing care. Data were collected applying a semi-structured questionnaire at ten doctoral students. The analysis of the data was carried through under the perspective of the content analysis according to Bardin. Hospitality it is imperative for the individuals adaptation in the hospital context or any area where it is looking for health care.
