The author asserts that the fees charged by adjudicators in Great Britain who settle construction disputes have become too high. According to the author, the high costs of adjudicator services have made adjudication unattractive, unless the amount of money involve is substantial. He suggests that a review system be offered so that opposing parties in a dispute can ask for an independent assessment of whether an adjudicator's fee is reasonable or not.
