We present a brief overview of fractional analytic QCD, basically following the results recently obtained in Refs. We present the results of studies [1,2] of the gauge covariance of the massless fermion propagator in three-dimensional quenched quantum electrodynamics in the framework of dimensional regularization in d=3-2\ep. Assuming the finiteness of the perturbative expansion, i.e. existence of the limit \ep \to 0, it was shown in [1] that exactly for d=3 all odd perturbative coefficients, starting from the third order, must be equal to zero in any gauge. To test this, in Ref. [2] we calculated three- and four-loop corrections to the massless fermionic propagator. Three-loop corrections are finite and gauge-invariant, while four-loop corrections have singularities. We present an overview of fractional analytic QCD beyond leading order, following the results recently obtained in Ref. [1]. A new type of parametrization for parton distribution functions in a proton, based on their $Q^2$-evolution at large and small $x$ values, is constructed. In our analysis, the valence and nonsinglet parts obey the Gross-Llewellyn-Smith and Gottfried sum rules, respectively. For the singlet quark and gluon densities momentum conservation is taken into account. Then, using the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin prescription, we extend the consideration to Transverse Momentum Dependent (TMD, or unintegrated) gluon and quark distributions in a proton, which currently plays an important role in a number of phenomenological applications. The analytical expressions for the latter, valid for both low and large $x$, are derived for the first time., Comment: 28 pages, 8 figures

Deep inelastic scattering data on $F_2$ structure function from various fixed-target experiments were analyzed in a nonsinglet approximation in the MSbar and DIS scheme. The study of high statistics deep inelastic scattering data provided by BCDMS, SLAC and NMC collaborations, was carried out using a combined analysis. The application of the DIS scheme leads to the resummation of contributions that are important for large x values. It is found that using the DIS scheme does not significantly change the strong coupling constant itself but does strongly change the values of the twist-four corrections., Comment: 7 pages

The role of differential equations in the process of calculating Feynman integrals is reviewed. The Landau-Khalatnikov-Fradkin (LKF) transformation is a powerful and elegant transformation allowing to study the gauge dependence of the propagator of charged particles interacting with gauge fields. With the help of this transformation, we derive a non-perturbative identity between massless propagators in two different gauges. From this identity, we find that the corresponding perturbative series can be exactly expressed in terms of a hatted transcendental basis that eliminates all even Euler $��$-functions. This explains the mystery of even $��$-values observed in multi-loop calculations of Euclidean massless correlators for almost three decades now. We recover in QCD an amazingly simple relationship between the anomalous dimensions, resummed through next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic order, in the Dokshitzer-Gribov-Lipatov-Altarelli-Parisi evolution equations for the first Mellin moments $D_{q,g}(��^2)$ of the quark and gluon fragmentation functions, which correspond to the average hadron multiplicities in jets initiated by quarks and gluons, respectively. This relationship, which is independent of the number of quark flavors, dramatically improves previous treatments by allowing for an exact solution of the evolution equations. So far, such relationships have only been known from supersymmetric QCD, where $C_F/C_A=1$. This also allows us to extend our knowledge of the ratio $D_g^-(��^2)/D_q^-(��^2)$ of the minus components by one order in $\sqrt{��_s}$. Exploiting available next-to-next-to-next-to-leading-order information on the ratio $D_g^+(��^2)/D_q^+(��^2)$ of the dominant plus components, we fit the world data of $D_{q,g}(��^2)$ for charged hadrons measured in $e^+e^-$ annihilation to obtain $��_s^{(5)}(M_Z)=0.1205\genfrac{}{}{0pt}{}{+0.016}{-0.0020}$., 8 pages, 2 figures

Dynamical chiral symmetry breaking (D$\chi$SB) is studied within ($2+1$)-dimensional QED with $N$ four-component fermions. The leading and next-to-leading orders of the $1/N$ expansion are computed exactly. The analysis is carried out in an arbitrary non-local gauge. Resumming the wave-function renormalization constant at the level of the gap equation yields a strong suppression of the gauge dependence of the critical fermion flavour number, $N_c(\xi)$ where $\xi$ is the gauge fixing parameter, which is such that D$\chi$SB takes place for $N, Comment: (v2) Accepted for publication in PRD. 8 pages, 2 figures; 2 references added. We use the Bessel-inspired behavior of the structure function F2 at small x, obtained for a flat initial condition in the DGLAP evolution equations. We fix the scale of the coupling constant, which eliminates the singular part of anomalous dimesnions at the next-to-leading order of approximation. We study the heavy-quark contributions to the proton structure function F2(x,Q2) at next-to-leading order using compact formulas at small values of Bjorken's x variable. We show results for the universal anomalous dimension gamma_{uni}(j) of Wilson twist-2 operators in the N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in the first three orders of perturbation theory. Recently, the O(alpha) and O(alpha^3 ln(alpha)) radiative corrections to the orthopositronium lifetime have been presented in closed analytical form, in terms of basic irrational numbers that can be evaluated numerically to arbitrary precision [Phys. Rev. Lett. 101, 193401 (2008)]. Here, we present the details of this calculation and reveal the nature of these new constants. We study the heavy-quark contributions to the proton structure functions $F_2^i(x,Q^2)$ and $F_L^i(x,Q^2)$, with $i=c,b$, for small values of Bjorken's $x$ variable and provide compact formulas for their ratios $R_i=F_L^i/F_2^i$ that are useful to extract $F_2^i(x,Q^2)$ from measurements of the doubly differential cross section of inclusive deep-inelastic scattering at DESY HERA. We present the perturbative parts of the structure functions F_2^c and F_L^c for a gluon target having nonzero transverse momentum squared at order \alpha _s. The results of the double convolution (with respect to the Bjorken variable x and the transverse momentum) of the perturbative part and the unintegrated gluon densities are compared with HERA experimental data for F_2^c. The contribution from F_L^c structure function ranges 10\div30% of that of F_2^c at the HERA kinematical range., Comment: 8 pages, 2 figures, latex. We reanalyze deep inelastic scattering data of BCDMS Collaboration by including proper cuts of ranges with large systematic errors. We perform also the fits of high statistic deep inelastic scattering data of BCDMS, SLAC, NM and BFP Collaborations taking the data separately and in combined way and find good agreement between these analyses. We extract the values of both the QCD coupling constant \alpha_s(M^2_Z) up to NLO level and of the power corrections to the structure function F_2., Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures, latex. A set of recurrence relations for on-shell two-loop self-energy diagrams with one mass is presented, which allows to reduce the diagrams with arbitrary indices (powers of scalar propagators) to a set of the master integrals. We propose a new approach for taking into account the Q^2 dependence of measured asymmetry A1. This approach is based on the similarity of the Q2 behaviour and the shape of the spin-dependent structure function g1(x,Q^2) and spin averaged structure function F3(x,Q^2). The next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD analysis of the revised experimental data of the CCFR collaboration for the $xF_3$ structure function of the deep-inelastic scattering of neutrinos and antinuetrinos on the nucleons is made by means of the Jacobi polynomial expansion technique. The NNLO values of the QCD coupling constant are determined both without and with twist--4 contributions taken into account. Theoretical ambiguities of $��_s$ are fixed using the methods of the Pad�� approximants. We extract the deep inelastic scattering cross-sections ratio $R= ��_L/��_T$ in the range $10^{-4} \leq x \leq 10^{-1}$ from $F_2$ HERA data using very simple relations based on perturbative QCD. The result depends on only one parameter $��$, being $x^{-��}$ the behavior of the parton densities at low $x$, which has been determined recently with a good accuracy by the H1 group., Latex file (6 pages), 1 Postscript figure

We analyse the proton and deutron data on spin dependent asymmetry $A_1(x,Q^2)$ supposing the DIS structure functions $g_1(x,Q^2)$ and $F_3(x,Q^2)$ have the similar $Q^2$-dependence. As a result, we have obtained $\Gamma_1^p - \Gamma_1^n = 0.192$ at $Q^2= 10~{\rm GeV}^2$ and $\Gamma_1^p - \Gamma_1^n = 0.165$ at $Q^2= 3~{\rm GeV}^2$, in the best agreement with the Bjorken sum rule predictions., Comment: Latex, 7 pages, 3 Postscript figures

It is found that the recently published first coefficient of nonzero $��$-function for the Chern-Simons term in the $1/N$ expansion of the $CP^{N-1}$ model is untrue numerically. The correct result is given. The main conclusions of Park's paper are not changed., 3 pages, LATEX
