Abstract

The article presents a case study of an 83-year-old female nonsmoker presented to hospital with fevers, headache, dry cough, and dyspnea with a history of mild intermittent asthma. It mentions her failing to improve with courses of azithromycin and amoxicillin-clavulanate; also focuses on diagnose of Chest computed tomography for diffuse bilateral ground-glass opacities with patchy bands of atelectasis.
