Entrepreneurial intention, as the preliminary idea of pursuing new ventures. Entrepreneurship is an important component to enhance the country's economic growth and sustainability as well as to meet the challenges of globalisation, such as increasing the unemployment rate among students. The objectives of this paper are to determine the relationship between personality, government support and entrepreneurship education with entrepreneurial intention among business students from selected public university in Malaysia and to measure the predictor of entrepreneurial intention. This study is quantitative in the form and questionnaires distributed to collect information from respondents based on the size of 100 samples and use convenience sampling method. The data obtained through questionnaires is analyzed and evaluated by correlation and regression testing. The results showed that all moderate linkages with entrepreneurial intentions. Government support also show the the most impact on the entrepreneurial intention. This paper provides a comprehensive framework that contributes to conceptualization and assists the Government and academic in enhancing skills and courses to increase the desire of business students to become future successful entrepreneurs. Polymer electrolyte membrane (PEMs) based on carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and kappa carrageenan (KC) was successfully prepared by using solution casting technique. The electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of PEMs system have been measured by the Electrical impedance spectroscopy method in the temperature range of 303K. The PEMs system containing 80: 20 ratio of KC exhibits the highest conductivity of 3.19 x 10-7 S/cm at room temperature. It can be concluded that with CMC/KC blend is accountable for the conductance and assist in the ionic conductivity of the PEMs system. Delay Study is to evaluate the quality of traffic movement along a route and to determine the level of service at a study area. This study can be used to compare and evaluate operational conditions before and after roadway or when intersection improvements have been made. The objective of this study is to compare before and after the improvement of intersection into roundabout in term of delay time and level of service. This study only focused at the intersection which had massive congestion along Pengkalan Weld road. There are two intersections which experience a massive traffic jam during morning peak hour. The worst traffic jam occurs at the intersection connected to Gat Jalan Magazine (Case study area 1) especially for the vehicle coming from south of Pengkalan Weld to north bound. This traffic jam occurs because of the long cycle of traffic signal. The second worst traffic jam occours at the intersection connected to Gat Lebuh Chulia (Case study area 2). It is a 4 leg-intersections without a traffic signal. The traffic jam occur at the particular section because there is no traffic light which could guide the road users to cross that conflict area. The minor road which is from Gat Lebuh Chulia has disrupted the major road which is the Pengkalan Weld road. Thus, the motivation of current research is to evaluate these intersections into the space sharing intersection or also known as roundabout. To achieve this purpose, the simulation VISSIM model had been created.VISSIM software was also used to analyse the field data by using the average speed method. The field data was collected during AM peak hour since it has the highest traffic volume per hour compare to PM peak and off peak. From the result both method (vissim and field data) produced slightly the same result in delay time. This means that VISSIM simulation is acceptable to be used. Second model was develop in order to design roundabout by using the VISSIM simulation. As conclusion, by using Vissim simulation it was found that the improvement from intersection to roundabout had minimized delay time and improvement of LOS by 97.8% for Case study area 1 and 75.6% for Case study area 2. The drawback of conventional Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) is an occurrence of excessive binder drain down due to the designation of SMA that has gap-graded bituminous mixtures. Stabilizing additive such as fibre in SMA mixtures can prevent excessive binder drain down. In order to prevent excessive binder drain down, sugarcane bagasse fibre was utilized in this study. The utilization of this fibre can also reduce the excessive volume of agricultural solid waste. Application of Marshall Mix Design method by using 50 blows compaction standard to produce the SMA mixture was used in this study. Range of bitumen content from 5 percent to 7 percent (at an increment of 0.5 percent) and about 0.3 percent sugarcane bagasse fibre by total weight of SMA mixtures is added to determine Optimum Bitumen Content (OBC). The finding of OBC is 5.98 percent which resulted to 0.02 percent of binder drainage. Rut depth obtained for SMA Mix without fibre was higher (1.945 mm) compared with SMA Mix with sugarcane bagasse fibre (1.635 mm). Dynamic modulus value for sugarcane bagasse fibre mix was higher at 25°C at all load frequencies. This could be due to the fact that the natural fibre could withstand higher temperatures. In conclusion, the idea of using sugarcane bagasse as fibre in SMA Mix can be considered and commercialized for road construction industry thus will provide durable and quality pavement. Traffic congestion refer to a situation on the road where there are many vehicles queue bumper to bumper on the highway due to the higher demand than the capacity that a road can accommodate. Traffic congestion usually occur at am peak and pm peak where such congestion was due to the road user going to and coming home from work, school, institution or any other places. From the overview at the case study area, traffic congestion is a major problem in Jalan Permatang Pauh. The condition becomes worst at both peak hour where increasing number of vehicle contribute to the traffic congestion in that area. One of the main intersection in Jalan Permatang Pauh is in front of Politeknik Seberang Perai. Severe traffic congestion frequently occurred at this intersection. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to propose a new traffic signal timing phase for the Politeknik Seberang Perai intersection based on current traffic condition data. This study investigates the modes of failure of the insulated sandwich wall panel (ISWP). A specimen of ISWP with dimension of 1220 mm width x 56 mm thickness x 1770 mm length was tested under in-plane lateral cyclic loading. Experimental work was carried out to determine the lateral strength capacity of ISWP starting with a small percentage of ±0.01% drift and was increased gradually by 0.1% drift until the maximum strength capacity was achieved. The maximum in-plane lateral strength recorded was 5.6 kN at ±1.6% drift. The maximum vertical displacement measured was 15.54 mm at ±1.8% drift (positive direction) and the maximum lateral displacement is 33.8 mm (positive direction). Experimental results also demonstrate that the ISWP did not suffer any damage on the surface of wall but major failure modes observed were buckling of the wall frame since the ISWP was protected by the aluminium frame along the edge of the ISWP. In Malaysia, the design flexible pavement issues in tropical soil became challenging to the geotechnical engineers especially at subgrade layer. This is because, the deflection of the subgrade were effected the de-bonded of flexible pavement from subgrade. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the bonding state on flexible pavement subject to subgrade. This study focuses on determining deflection analysis technique for quality control characteristic applied onto tropical soil in Malaysia using a Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Testing. The analysis of this method are presented and interpreted in the shape of the deflection graph. Mixed convection in a lid-driven rectangular cavity filled with porous medium in the presence of magnetic field has been investigated numerically. The right and left walls are adiabatic while, the bottom and top wall are kept at constant hot and cold temperature, respectively. The top wall moved at a constant speed from right to left. The dimensionless governing equations were solved numerically by using the finite volume method (SIMPLE) algorithm. Comparisons with previous works are presented. Effects of the Hartmann and Darcy numbers, on the streamlines, isotherms and Nusselt number are obtained and shown graphically in this paper. The three point block method for solving second order ordinary differential equations (ODEs) directly using constant step size is derived. The reliability of this new method is verified in the numerical results with the improved performance in terms of computation time while maintaining the accuracy.
