Abstract

Investigates persistent photoconductivity (PPC) and optical quenching (OQ) of photoconductivity (PC) in a variety of n-gallium nitride layers characterized by different carrier concentration, luminescence characteristics and strains. Study of the relation between PPC and OQ of PC by exciting samples with two beams of monochromatic radiation of various wavelengths and intensities.
