This work demonstrates the development of integrated electronic reader based on the inexpensive and commercialized components that can be utilized as the potentiostat. The simple design and fabrication can easily be understanding thus convenience for customization in order to accommodate wide array of electrochemical experiments. It also can be helpful for those who are proficient in handling electronics circuit and can't afford the commercialize potentiostat subject to the higher cost while they can develop their own low-cost potentiostat. Adaptable with the Screen- Printed Electrodes (SPE) make the experimental setup much simpler. This device has been assessed by performed the cyclic voltammetry experiments for the simple redox reaction experiment and obtained the reliable results thus could be useful in educational labs especially for undergraduate level teaching. Although the results have slightly difference as compared with the commercial potentiostat, but it still in good agreement. One of the great features that be implemented is able to send the results to the cloud over the Wi-Fi plus the Handheld size may prove the potential for point-of care analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
