Artificial Intelligence (Al) has been hailed as the future source of corporate value in the public and commercial sectors due to its vast array of organizational benefits, such as optimizing employment procedures and consolidating firm data. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the patterns by which the Government uses AI through algorithms in the public sector. The aims of this report, which are based on organizational resource-based theory and recent work on AI in organizational environments, are as follows: Identifying the AI-specific resources capable of producing AI capabilities, developing models to capture AI capabilities in public services, analyzing public trust capability, and examining the relationship between AI capabilities, creativity, and organizational performance. Qualitative approach methods were also used with an explanatory case study strategy. The research findings demonstrated that artificial intelligence (AI) was altering the patterns by which government agencies carry out their responsibilities and roles to enhance performance, compliance, and security in public goods and service operations. Rapid advances in AI offer the potential to minimize high governance costs and enhance the quality and power of administrative data. Demonstrating that government performance is more efficient and effective, with numerous implications demonstrating that AI skills lead to more creativity and organizational effectiveness.
