As of today, the People's Republic of China is one of the world leaders in space exploration. Relevance of this topic is determined by the New Space Chinese innovational private companies emerging in the aerospace technologies and services market, as well as by increased competition and growing demand in the economic use of outer space, other planets and space objects resources from business and governments. This paper provides a review aimed at analyzing the ongoing transformation of the Chinese space industry ecosystem. The relevance of the study is due to the great importance of the problem of technological modeling for high- tech enterprises, since the analysis of technological development is an important tool for supporting decision-making in the development of an innovative and competitive strategy. Patents are one of the best sources of information on technology development. The purpose of this article was to provide an overview of patent analysis-based technological modeling methods and to consider them in terms of their alignment with the competitive strategies of Need Seekers, Market Readers and Technology Drivers. The results of the review allow us to conclude that the objectives of Market Readers are more consistent with the methods of static technological modeling, which implies the study of the current state of the knowledge sphere and its implementation in the market. Technology Drivers generate new ideas focused on the future, therefore, the most important methods for them are dynamic technological modeling, focused on predicting the future development of the knowledge sphere. In the course of numerical experiments the problem hydrodynamic pressure of breaking waves on buildings and their interaction was solved in a related setting, e.g. fluid flow and deformation of the building were calculated simultaneously. The method of calculation allows evaluating the dependence of the hydrodynamic pressure of water flow from the shape of the building in plan, size and orientation relative to the direction of flow stream. Study topicality is determined by the need to identify relationship between the level of economic growth of a country and the factors reflecting its scientific and technological development, i.e. expenses on education, research and development, number of researchers, as well as patent and publication activity. The authors carried out an exploratory analysis of these mentioned above indicators in 95 countries of the world, which were divided into three groups according to the GDP level. In order to carry out analysis and visualize the results obtained, scatter plot matrices, casual maps and self-organizing maps were used. The authors’ initial hypothesis consisted in the fact that between all national indicators of a country scientific and technological development and economic growth there exists a positive relationship, and it was confirmed only in part of the GDP positive impact on expenses in education and science. Publication and patent activity did not manage to demonstrate statistically significant impact thereof on the GDP indicators. A conclusion was made that publication and patent activity indicators were not the representative markers of innovative development; and investments in the production of codified knowledge were not independently a factor positively effecting national economy. Expediency of further research was sustained concentrating on the mechanism influencing economic growth of implicit cognitive factors in production determined by education and science development level, as well as the use of these factors as priorities in determining key performance indicators of national projects and programs. Rhombohedral phase of pressure-temperature treated C[sub 60] polymer was investigated by resistivity, X-ray diffraction and ESR measurements. The pure rhombohedral phase of C[sub 60] polymer displays highly anisotropic electrical properties, and the conductivity in the polymerized 2D plane exhibits a metallic feature with weak localization. X-ray diffraction measurements have revealed that the diffraction patterns are essentially anisotropic. We have carried out the scanning of a reciprocal space in order to reveal the distribution of diffraction intensities. The result testifies to the high degree of mutual orientations of crystallites in the sample not only along the [001] direction but also in the (001) plane. Apparently the observed mosaicity of the crystal is connected with the highly anisotropic electrical properties of the rhombohedral phase of pressure-treated C[sub 60] polymer. A Dysonian ESR absorption lineshape consistent with the metallic nature was observed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
