The present study involved three medicinal plants Polyalthia bullata, Polyalthia rumphii and Antiaris toxicaria (P. bullata, P. rumphii and A. toxicaria) were extracted with three different polarities solvents; methanol (MeOH), hexane, and dichloromethane (DCM). The phytochemicals were screened according to classical chemical methods. The study involved the antibacterial activities against six bacterial species as well. The outcomes of the present study showed, out of the 17 chemical groups only 10 of them were present in all three plant species analyzed. It is evident from the study that P. rumphii showed highest curative activity possessing majority of phytoconstituents classes of compounds and A. toxicaria was lowest therapeutic efficacy due didn't found all of Phytochemical classes compounds. The plant extracts showed inhibitory activities against all the tested organisms. Because these plants possess chemical compounds with high biological and therapeutic efficacy, Efforts should be directed to make use of the therapeutic and biological activity of these plants.
