Anisotropic magnetoresistance effect is analyzed in (311)A-oriented as-grown and annealed GaMnAs films at different temperatures. The studies have shown that the higher order crystalline terms have originated from the long range ferromagnetic (FM) phase and the uniaxial one from isolated magnetic polarons (MPs) as well as the FM phase

Abstract

High resolution magnetophotoluminescence spectra are used for studying a series of bound exciton transitions of a bulk ZnO sample. Ten sharp intense bound exciton emissions are classified into three groups with respect to their dependences on magnetic field, angle and circular polarization of the emission lines.

Abstract

Catalysts mechanism on a chemical vapour deposition growth of carbon nano coils with Ni-P based binary and ternary alloys as catalysts was examined. Experimental results indicate that the Ni-P and Ni-W-P systems were effective in catalysing the growth of carbon nano coils with varying chirality.
