The literature frequently uses fuzzy inference methods for time series forecasting. In business and other situations, it is frequently necessary to forecast numerous time series. The q-Rung orthopair fuzzy set is a beneficial and competent tool to address ambiguity. In this research, a computational forecasting method based on q-Rung orthopair fuzzy time series has been created to deliver better prediction results to deal with situations containing higher uncertainty caused by large fluctuations in consecutive years' values in time series data and with no visualization of trend or periodicity. The main objective of this article is to handle time series forecasting with the usage of q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets for things like floods, admission of students, number of patients, etc. After this, people can then manage issues that will arise in the future. Previously, there was a gap in determining the forecasting of data whose entire value of membership and non-membership exceeded 1. To fill this kind of gap, we used q-Rung orthopair fuzzy sets in time series forecasting. We also used numerous algebraic components for the q-Rung orthopair fuzzy time series, which has a union, max-min composition, cartesian product, and algorithm that are useful to calculate the method of data forecasting. Moreover, we also defined the algorithm and proposed MATLAB code that facilitates the execution of mathematical calculations, design, analysis, and optimization (structural and mathematical), and gives results with speed, correctness, and precision. At the end, we tested the model using historical student enrollment data and the annual peak discharge at Guddu Barrage. The single valued neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough Einstein aggregation operator (SV-NPHFRE-AO) is an extension of the neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough set theory. It is a powerful decision-making tool that combines the concepts of neutrosophic logic, probability theory, hesitant fuzzy sets, rough sets, and Einstein aggregation operators. SV-NPHFREAO can be applied in many fields, including livestock decision making. Making judgments about a wide range of issues, including feed formulation, breeding program design, disease diagnostics, and market analysis, is part of the process of managing livestock. By combining data from many sources, SV-NPHFRE-AO can assist decision-makers in livestock management in integrating and evaluating diverse criteria, which can result in more informed choices. It also provides a more accurate and comprehensive representation of decision-making problems by considering the multiple criteria involved and the relationships between them. The single valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) aggregation operators (AOs) based on Einstein properties using hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) and probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs) with rough sets (RSs) are proposed in this study and can handle a large volume of data, making them suitable for complex and large-scale livestock decision-making problems. We first defined SV-neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough weighted averaging (SV-NPHFRWA), SV-neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough weighted geometric (SV-NPHFRWG), SV-neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough ordered weighted averaging (SV-NPHFROWA) and SV-neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough hybrid weighted averaging (SV-NPHFRHWA) AOs. Then, based on Einstein properties, we extended these operators and developed the single-valued neutrosophic probabilistic hesitant fuzzy rough Einstein weighted averaging (SV-NPHFREWA) operator. Additionally, an illustrative scenario to show the applicability of the suggested decision-making approach is provided, along with a sensitivity analysis and comparison analysis, which demonstrate that its outcomes are realistic and reliable. We also provide another relation between criteria and alternatives of decision-making using neutrosophic information with quaternion context. Simulation software replicates the behavior of real electrical equipment using mathematical models. This is efficient not only in regard to time savings but also in terms of investment. It, at large scale for instance airplane pilots, chemical or nuclear plant operators, etc., provides valuable experiential learning without the risk of a catastrophic outcome. But the selection of a circuit simulator with effective simulation accuracy poses significant challenges for today's decision-makers because of uncertainty and ambiguity. Thus, better judgments with increased productivity and accuracy are crucial. For this, we developed a complex probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set (CPHFSS) to capture ambiguity and uncertain information with higher accuracy in application scenarios. In this manuscript, the novel concept of CPHFSS is explored and its fundamental laws are discussed. Additionally, we investigated several algebraic aspects of CPHFSS, including union, intersections, soft max-AND, and soft min-OR operators, and we provided numerical examples to illustrate these key qualities. The three decision-making strategies are also constructed using the investigated idea of CPHFSS. Furthermore, numerical examples related to bridges and circuit simulation are provided in order to assess the validity and efficacy of the proposed methodologies. Hepatitis is an infectious disease typified by inflammation in internal organ tissues, and it is caused by infection or inflammation of the liver. Hepatitis is often feared as a fatal illness, especially in developing countries, mostly due to contaminated water, poor sanitation, and risky blood transfusion practices. Although viruses are typically blamed, other potential causes of this kind of liver infection include autoimmune disorders, toxins, medicines, opioids, and alcohol. Viral hepatitis may be diagnosed using a variety of methods, including a physical exam, liver surgery (biopsy), imaging investigations like an ultrasound or CT scan, blood tests, a viral serology panel, a DNA test, and viral antibody testing. Our study proposes a new decision-support system for hepatitis diagnosis based on spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy sets (Sq-LDFS). Sq-LDFS form the generalized structure of all existing notions of fuzzy sets. Furthermore, a list of novel Einstein aggregation operators is developed under Sq-LDF information. Also, an improved VIKOR method is presented to address the uncertainty in analyzing the viral hepatitis categories demonstration. Interesting and useful properties of the proposed operators are given. The core of this research is the proposed algorithm based on the proposed Einstein aggregation operators and improved VIKOR approach to address uncertain information in decision support problems. Finally, a hepatitis diagnosis case study is examined to show how the suggested approach works in practice. To deal with the uncertainty and ensure the sustainability of the manufacturing industry, we designed a multi criteria decision-making technique based on a list of unique operators for singlevalued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy rough (SV-NHFR) environments with a high confidence level. We show that, in contrast to the neutrosophic rough average and geometric aggregation operators, which are unable to take into account the level of experts' familiarity with examined objects for a preliminary evaluation, the neutrosophic average and geometric aggregation operators have a higher level of confidence in the fundamental idea of a more networked composition. A few of the essential qualities of new operators have also been covered. To illustrate the practical application of these operators, we have given an algorithm and a practical example. We have also created a manufacturing business model that takes sustainability into consideration and is based on the neutrosophic rough model. The single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SV-NHFS) is a hybrid structure of the single-valued neutrosophic set and the hesitant fuzzy set that is designed for some incomplete, uncertain, and inconsistent situations in which each element has a few different values designed by the truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function, and falsity membership hesitant function. A strategic decision-making technique can help the decision-maker accomplish and analyze the information in an effcient manner. However, in our real lives, uncertainty will play a dominant role during the information collection phase. To handle such uncertainties in the data, we present a decision-making algorithm in the SV-NHFS environment. In this paper, we first presented the basic operational laws for SV-NHF information under Einstein's t-norm and tconorm. Furthermore, important properties of Einstein operators, including the Einstein sum, product, and scalar multiplication, are done under SV-NHFSs. Then, we proposed a list of novel aggregation operators' names: Single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging, weighted geometric, order weighted averaging, and order weighted geometric aggregation operators. Finally, we discuss a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) algorithm based on the proposed operators to address the problems in the SV-NHF environment. A numerical example is given to illustrate the work and compare the results with the results of the existing studies. The main goal of this article is to reveal a new generalized version of the qlinear Diophantine fuzzy set (q-LDFS) named spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy set (Sq-LDFS). The existing concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-OFS), linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LDFS), and spherical fuzzy set have a wide range of applications in decisionmaking problems, but they all have strict limitations in terms of membership degree, non-membership degree, and uncertainty degree. We moot the article of the spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy set (Sq-LDFS) with control factors to alleviate these limitations. A Spherical q-linear Diophantine fuzzy number structure is independent of the selection of the membership grades because of its control parameters in three membership grades. An Sq-LDFS with a parameter estimation process can be extremely useful for modeling uncertainty in decision-making (DM). By using control factors, Sq-LDFS may classify a physical system. We highlight some of the downsides of q-LDFSs. By using algebraic norms, we offer some novel operational laws for Sq-LDFSs. We also introduced the weighted average and weighted geometric aggregation operators and their fundamental laws and properties. Furthermore, we proposed the algorithms for a multicriteria decision-making approach with graphical representation. Moreover, a numerical illustration of using the proposed methodology for Sq-LDF data for emergency decision-making is presented. Taking into account the significance of spherical hesitant fuzzy sets, this research concentrates on an innovative multi-criteria group decision-making technique for dealing with spherical hesitant fuzzy (SHF) situations. To serve this purpose, we explore SHF Aczel Alsina operational laws such as the Aczel-Alsina sum, Aczel-Alsina product and Aczel-Alsina scalar multiplication as well as their desirable characteristics. This work is based on the fact that aggregation operators have significant operative adaptability to aggregate the uncertain information under the SHF context. With the aid of Aczel-Alsina operators, we develop SHF Aczel-Alsina geometric aggregation operators to address the complex hesitant uncertain information. In addition, we describe and verify several essential results of the newly invented aggregation operators. Furthermore, a decision aid methodology based on the proposed operators is developed using SHF information. The applicability and viability of the proposed methodology is demonstrated by using a case study related to breast cancer treatment. Picture fuzzy (PF) sets are extremely reasonable to represent the uncertain, imprecise, and inconsistent information that exists in scientific and engineering fields. To meet decision makers' preference selection, the operational flexibility of aggregation operators shows its importance in dealing with the flexible decision-making problems in the PF environment. With assistance from Aczel-Alsina operations, we introduce the aggregation strategies of PFNs. We initially broaden the Aczel-Alsina norms to PF situations and present a few new operations of PFNs in view of which we build up a few new PF aggregation operators, for instance, the PF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric, order weighted geometric, and hybrid weighted geometric operators. Furthermore, a decision support approach has been developed using the proposed aggregation operators under the PF environment. In this method, the aggregated results of each evaluated alternative are determined, and their score values are obtained. Then, all alternatives were ranked in decreasing order, and the best one was determined based on the highest score value. An illustrative example related to mango production is presented to investigate the most influential factor that resulted in mango production minimization. Finally, a comparison study was conducted on the proposed decision support method and the existing relative techniques. The result shows that the proposed method can overcome the insufficiency of lacking decision flexibility in the existing MAGDM method by the PF weighted geometric aggregation operators. The primary goal of this paper is to solve the investment problem based on linguistic picture decision making method under the linguistic triangular picture linguistic fuzzy environment. First to define the triangular picture linguistic fuzzy numbers. Further, we define operations on triangular picture linguistic fuzzy numbers and their aggregation operator namely, triangular picture fuzzy linguistic induce OWA (TPFLIOWA) and triangular picture fuzzy linguistic induce OWG (TPFLIOWG) operators. Multi-criteria group decision making method is developed based on TPFLIOWA and TPFLIOWG operators and solve the uncertainty in the investment problem. We study the applicability of the proposed decision making method under triangular picture linguistic fuzzy environment and construct a descriptive example of investment problem.
