Abstract

The article presents a case study of the lessons learned from an eight-year school faculty and staff seminars about racism. It states that the seminars were called antiracist seminars, which aim to improve the climate of diversity in education. Faculty and staff reported that the support provided by the seminar have helped them become aware of racism, to take an active role in raising the issues concerning racism in a classroom situation, and to get involve in initiatives related to diversity.
