Abstract

The TDD/3 yields the dose for three times daily dosing. Continue to alternate administration of oral treprostinil and decreasing IV treprostinil rate by 33% every 4 hours for a total of 3 doses and 3 rate reductions. This rapid yet safe transition from parenteral to oral treprostinil will reduce cost of care and length of stay and may improve the lifestyle for PAH patients. [Extracted from the article]
