Number of adults diagnosed with hemiparesis after a stroke is increasing and rehabilitation and social integration depends on: the severity of ischemia, age, associated diseases and appropriate therapeutic intervention. This study was carried out on a total of 13 subjects between the ages of 44 and 83 years old, with a diagnosis of hemiparesis, for a period of 10 months. The recovery program was focused on facilitation techniques motor response during hypotonic and techniques to promote voluntary motor function and inhibition of muscle spasm stage hemiparesis. The results obtained confirm the hypothesis and demonstrate the importance of using differentiated techniques to facilitate the stage of weakness and the specific muscle spasm hemiparesis.
