Skills are an important means to improve the ability of financial management, to enhance the enthusiasm of students to learn financial management courses also has a significant role in promoting. In this paper, students of class 2018 from a well-known finance and economics college in China are selected as the research objects, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching program of practical training course of finance management major is investigated by means of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. The study found that the financial management major applied in higher vocational colleges should choose the mode of light theory, heavy practice, heavy practical training and light indoctrination, so as to realize the students to learn information from passively receiving information, improve the professional ability of students majoring in finance, and strengthen the cultivation of students' comprehensive professional quality in higher vocational colleges. The teaching reform plan of practical training courses proposed in this study provides reference for the innovation reform of financial management courses and the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges.
