In this paper, studies were carried out on spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.), rucola (Eruca sativa Mill.) and lamb's lettuce (Valerianella locusta L.) plants, sown at different times and harvested at different development stages. The studies were carried out in the locality of Aghireșu-Fabrici, Cluj county on an area of 50 m2. The crops were established in two different times, the autumn was sown on October 27, 2017 and harvested between 10-25 March, and the spring was sown on February 25 and harvested between 15-25 April in the case of spinach and rocket and April 22-May 5 at the lamb's lettuce. The best spinach production was obtained at the spring crop at the last harvest phase of April 25, 2018 of 3.95 kg/m2. At the rucola in the second harvest phase, from April 25 to the spring crop, there was a production of 2.19 kg/m2. In the third phase of harvest, from March 25 to the autumn sowing obtained 1.97 kg/m2. At the lamb's lettuce, the best results were obtained in the autumn crop, with a maximum production value at the third harvest phase of 1.54 kg/m2.

In the last decade, it has been reported that the consumption of certain foods can have a positive effect on an individual's health. Food provides not only energy, essential amino acids, fiber, vitamins and minerals, but also some active compounds, such as antioxidants (tocopherols, carotenoids, vitamin C, phenolic compounds, etc.) that can have various beneficial functions in the body. It is found that in almost every measurement the values from the field experience are lower, this fact being due to the extreme weather conditions in spring-summer 2019 and the destruction of approximately 70-75% of the field culture. But we also have exceptions: the diameter of the fruits from the De cayenne variety and those from the Arwad F1 hybrids is larger in the field culture than in the solarium culture by 0.21 mm for De cayenne and 1.93 mm for Arwad F1. The fruits are longer in solarium culture ranging between 9.13 cm (local variety) and 17.06 cm (Hyffae F1).

The cultivation of grapes and the preparation of wine are human practices made since ancient times, in which the climate and soil conditions for the cultivation of grapes are the most favorable. Among the countries with viticulture and vinification in Europe, Romania as a wine country ranks fifth in viticulture, sixth place in grape production and sixth place in wine production. In the present paper, these criteria adapted to some grape varieties for red wines from Northern Transylvania were studied, in order to classify them in the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) category. For the location of Lechinţa, Liliac wine cellar for Lechinţa PDO, the studied Merlot varieties record a production of 77.50 hl / ha. For the Fetească neagră variety a production of 77.70 hl / ha and for the Pinot Noir variety a wine production of 77.98 hl / ha, being the Vineyard with the best results for 2016 year.

The diversity of uses of pepper in obtaining various products and culinary preparations, as well as its valuable content in nutrients explains the expansion of this crop. The nutritional value of pepper fruits is given by their content in carbohydrates (6-7%), proteins (1-1.3%), lipids (0.5-1%), vitamin C (100-300 mg / 100g substance fresh), vitamins A, P, B1, B2, B6, E, H and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and iron, all of which sum up the dry matter. It can be seen that not the largest or most productive fruits lead to this result. In this study the highest values were registered for Paprica giallo with 13.76% soluble dry matter, respectively for the local variety with 9.34% soluble dry matter.
