Highlights: [•] We established a glial cell line, GDC90, from a human glioma. [•] GDC90 cells promoted iPSC-NPC differentiation, polarization, and migration. [•] The PiggyBac transposon was used to express fluorescent proteins in both cell types. [•] Co-culture with glial cells enabled neurite extension from the iPSC-derived neurons.
