Оптимізація процесу використання електричної енергії та економія в оплаті активної та реактивних енергій досягнуто за результатами комплексного енергоаудиту. Модернізація систем освітлення дозволило скоротити електроспоживання вдвічі. Reducing the cost of funds for the purchases of the energy resources by increasing the level of the energy efficiency. The methods of comprehensive complex energy audit and analysis of the synthetic fuel and energy balance are used. The possibilities of the energy saving are found and their ranking in order of priority of their implementation is conducted. Taking into account the specificity of the object of the energy audit and the peculiarities of the regimes of the energy usage allowed to improve the model of the energy management system, which is to perform oversight functions concerning compliance of the norms and regimes of the energy usage and allows to systematize the priority tendencies and projects to increase the energy efficiency. Results of the energy research allowed finding out the reserves of the energy saving and reducing costs on the payment for the energy carriers.

На основі аналізу схеми нормального режиму мережі 150 кВ ПАТ «Кіровоградобленерго» встановлено, що існує ряд підстанцій, де встановлення фіксаторів короткого замикання просто необхідно. Вибрано оптимальний варіант конструкції фіксатора короткого замикання, розроблено його кінематичну схему, визначено зв’язки між переміщеннями частин механізму приладу та виконано його силовий розрахунок. Розроблено конструкцію фіксатора короткого замикання, виконано його розрахунок магнітної системи, що дозволило побудувати вебер-амперні та тягові характеристики приладу. Проведено експериментальні дослідження та лабораторні випробування фіксатора короткого замикання. В результаті чого визначено пороги спрацьовування пристрою в функції струму та часу, побудовано його характеристики. Експериментом підтверджено повну придатність приладу для роботи в реальних умовах. The article is dedicated to improving reliability of electric networks with voltage 110-150 kV by application developed special devices latch short circuit. В статті запропонована математична модель гібридної енергосистеми з відновлюваними джерелами енергії Отримані рівняння моделі відображають динаміку керування енергосистеми при перерозподілі потоків енергії. In the article the mathematical model to develop a hybrid power system, which provides consumers with electric and heat energy from four sources of excess accumulation of partial and cheap energy. В статті розглянуті принципи побудови вимірювальних перетворювачів напруги прямої послідовності. Показано, що раціональним є комбіноване конструювання приладів, в яких виділення напруги прямої послідовності здійснюється за допомогою фільтрів симетричних складових з наступним цифровим перетворенням і обробкою інформації. Запропоновано введення коректора, побудованого на основі аперіодичної ланки першого порядку, в схему канонічного фільтра симетричних складових напруги прямої послідовності, що дозволяє практично позбутися похибок, викликаних девіацією частоти напруги мережі. Синтезовано універсальний вимірювальний перетворювач контролю рівнів напруги. The article describes the principles for plotting measurement transducers of positive-sequence voltage. It is shown that the optimal solution is integrated designing devices which release the positive-sequence voltage by using sequence voltage filters with sequential digital conversion and processing information. It is suggested to input in a scheme of a canonical sequence voltage filter for positive-sequence voltage a corrector, built on the basis of a first-order lag block. The filter is allowing virtually eliminate errors caused by frequency deviation voltage. A universal transducer to control stress levels is synthesized.

Для сучасних систем електропостачання особливо актуальним постає питання покращення якості електричної енергії. Існуючі методи та технічні засоби зниження рівнів показників якості електричної енергії в електричних мережах хоча і є досить ефективними, проте вимагають значних капіталовкладень, що стримує їх широке розповсюдження. Одним із шляхів вирішення даної проблеми є удосконалення систем автоматичного управління технічних засобів регулювання напруги. Стаття присвячена розробці алгоритму роботи блоку управління пристроєм регулювання напруги під навантаженням силового трансформатора із схемою з’єднання обмоток «трикутник/зірка з нулем», розробці принципових електричних схем блоку управління та експериментального стенду, розробці макету пристрою. Проведено експериментальне дослідження якості роботи системи автоматичного регулювання напруги. Результати експериментальних досліджень показали, що при застосуванні запропонованого пристрою регулювання напруги спостерігається зниження рівнів показників якості електричної енергії (усталеного відхилення напруги, коефіцієнтів несиметрії напруг по зворотній та нульовій послідовностях) до значень, що не перевищують нормально допустимі.For modern power supply systems, particularly topical issue of improving the quality of electrical energy. Article is devoted to the development of the algorithm of the control unit device-load power transformer winding connection with the scheme "D/Y to zero," the development of schematic diagrams of the control unit and the experimental stand, the development model of the device. An experimental study on the quality of the system of automatic voltage regulation. Results of experimental studies have shown that the application of the proposed device voltage regulation decrease levels of quality of electric energy (steady voltage deviation, coefficient of voltage unbalance on the negative and zero sequence) to values that do not exceed the normal allowable.

В статті проведено аналіз енергетичного потенціалу викопного палива Кіровоградської області. Визначено необхідність створення точної карти енергетичних потенціалів відновлюваних джерел енергії. Запропоновано спосіб зниження вартості енергії та підвищення надійності енергозабезпечення через підвищення частки використання власних енергоресурсів в паливно-енергетичному балансі області. The first aim of this article is to show the demands of our region in importable energy sources and the potential of own fossil fuel which is not used. The second - is to find the way to replace importable fuel by renevable energy sources and prepare the base direct calculation of their potential. The analysis of power potential of fossil fuel of the Kirovohrad area is conducted in the article. The necessity of creation of exact map of power potentials of renewable energy sources is certain. The method of decline of energy cost, and increase reliability of energy producing through the increase of part of the use of own resources, is offered in fuel and energy balance of area. Deposits of fossil fuel in the areas concentrated north and central districts, and the south prevail after potential of renewable sources. The wind power and sun radiation given on potential are got a calculation way, and show itself a medium value. From foregoing follows: it is necessary to conduct research of local meteorology information, conduct control intentions in supporting points - on verge of reach of stationary weather-stations, to take into account the local features of landscape, and on the basis of these data to create the specified map of power potentials of area (on districts) for wind and sun radiation powers. It will allow to estimate financial viability of the use of these types of refurbish able sources for the receipt of energy in a select for placing of power stations with high exactness.

В статті проведено дослідження потенціалу енергозбереження в секторі комунально-побутових споживачів. Визначено причини низької ефективності теплоенергетичних мереж. Запропоновано алгоритм поступового впровадження комплексу енергозберігаючих заходів з використанням моніторингової системи для контролю ефективності та перевірки на доцільність їх поглиблення. In the article research of potential of energy-savings is conducted in housing and communal services of Ukraine. Reasons of low efficiency of heating networks are certain. The algorithm of gradual introduction of complex of energykeeping measures is offered with the use of the monitoring system for control of efficiency and checking for expediency of their improving.

В статті розглянута проблема переходу від традиційних систем енергопостачання, що базуються на використанні переважно невідновлюваних джерел енергії, до комплексних систем з відновлюваними джерелами енергії, а також шляхи удосконалення останніх. В статті запропоновано новий підхід до вирішення проблеми підвищення якості електричної енергії, який полягає у застосуванні математичного апарату векторної (багатокритеріальної) оптимізації для пофазного управління безконтактним пристроєм РПН силового трансформатора. Даний підхід дозволяє одночасно зменшувати рівень відхилення та несиметрії напруги. Отримано аналітичні вирази для визначення координат утопічної точки а також запропоновано метод звуження множини парето- оптимальних розв’язків з урахуванням пріоритетності критеріїв управління. The article offers a new approach to solving the problem of power quality enhancement which lies in the application of mathematical apparatus of multicriteria optimization for phase control of non-contact on-load tap changer for power transformer. The given approach allows reducing the level of non-symmetrical voltage and voltage deviation. Analytic expressions for the determination of utopia point position are received. The method of narrowing the range of Pareto-optimal set solutions taking into account the priority of criteria is offered.

The task of optimization of level of voltage is formulated in a workshop electric network on a minimum of the combined losses of active-power in the electric system and engines. Theoretical principles of calculation of losses are exposed in electric engines, as function of voltage on their clamps and load factor. The method of choice of optimum leading-out wire of workshop transformer is expounded.
