This paper first analyzes the differentiating factors of piano music education in colleges and universities and constructs a cognitive mapping framework using a fusion graph convolutional network. Secondly, the cognitive mapping of the fusion graph convolutional network was used to extract the cognitive elements of aesthetic value, and then the aesthetic value analysis framework of piano education was constructed. Finally, an empirical analysis was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the aesthetic value analysis framework for piano education. The results showed that the average percentages of A-grade evaluation of the beauty of understanding life, training thinking, exercising ability, and practicing art felt from piano music were 0.494, 0.473, 0.456, and 0.419, respectively, indicating that cognitive mapping can effectively analyze the aesthetic value of college piano in music education.

Background: This study describes how New York City (NYC) Health + Hospitals implemented a large-scale Community Health Worker (CHW) program in adult primary care clinics between January 2022 and December 2023 and established metrics to monitor program implementation. This study is timely as healthcare systems consider how to scale high-quality CHW programs. Methods: We collected metrics in the following areas: (1) Workforce demographics, team structure, and training; (2) Enrolled patient demographics; (3) Patient-centered metrics, such as patient counts (e.g. patients outreached and enrolled) and engagement (e.g. median time in program, caseloads per CHW), and goals (e.g. median number of goals identified and completed). Metrics are based on standard data elements captured through CHW documentation in the electronic health record collected during program implementation. Data cleaning is completed using SQL queries and R scripts. Results: In June 2023, there were a total of 97 CHW and 22 CHW Supervisor staff lines in adult primary care across 17 healthcare sites. There were 4.6 CHWs to 1 CHW supervisor on average though this ranged by facility from 1:1 to 1:6. Compared to the population that receives primary care at NYC H + H, CHWs served more African American/Black patients (40% vs. 32%) and an older patient population (35% older than 65 vs. 21% older than 65). From January 2022 to December 2023, 13,812 patients were outreached by CHWs. Of these, 9,069 (66%) were referred by clinicians, 7,331 (53%) were enrolled, and 5,044 (37%) successfully graduated. The median number of goals identified by patients was four, and the median number of goals completed with a CHW per patient was three. The top three goals were primary care engagement (47%), specialty care engagement (46%), and food insecurity (45%). Conclusion: Establishing clear implementation and process metrics helps to ensure that CHWs embedded in health systems can meaningfully engage adult patients in health care, address patient-centered goals, and connect patients to community and government services. The construction industry plays a pivotal role in China's achievement of its "dual carbon" goals. This study conducts a decomposition analysis of the carbon emissions from the construction industry (CECI) at both national and provincial levels for the period 2010–2020 and employs the ARIMA model to predict the short-term peak trends at the provincial level. The findings are as follows. (1) Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Sichuan, and Chongqing exhibit an N-shaped trend in CECI, while the northeast region shows an inverted U-shaped trend. (2) Labor productivity and energy intensity are identified as the largest and smallest drivers of national CECI growth, respectively, with the driving force of the study's identified factors fluctuating between 1% and 60%. (3) Energy intensity significantly contributes to the growth of CECI in Tianjin and Zhejiang, while it aids in reducing CECI in western provinces. The "rebound effect" of building energy efficiency is particularly pronounced in provinces with strong resource endowments, such as Ningxia. (4) Between 2021 and 2025, CECI is predicted to decrease in the northern and economically developed provinces, while it is expected to increase in central and western provinces, with Heilongjiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Shanghai, and Shaanxi potentially reaching their peaks within the forecast period. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the tilt and decentration of one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic intraocular lenses (IOL) and three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOLs in paediatric eyes undergoing secondary IOL implantation into the ciliary sulcus. Methods: Paediatric aphakic patients receiving either one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic or three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOL implants into the ciliary sulcus were enrolled in this prospective non‐randomized interventional study and followed up for 3 years. IOL decentration and tilt were measured using Scheimpflug images. Preoperative and postoperative information, including demographic data and ocular biometric parameters and complications, were collected and analysed. Results: Among 123 eyes of 79 paediatric patients, there were 72 eyes (58.54%) in the anti‐vaulting haptic IOL group and 51 eyes (41.46%) in the C‐loop haptic group. The anti‐vaulting haptic IOL group had a lower incidence of clinically significant vertical IOL decentration than the C‐loop haptic IOL group (23.88% vs. 43.14%, p = 0.037). No intergroup differences were observed in vertical or horizontal tilt or in horizontal decentration (all p > 0.05). One‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic IOL implantation was associated with a lower risk of clinically significant vertical decentration than three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOL implantation (odds ratio: 0.42, p = 0.037). There was a higher incidence of IOL dislocation in the C‐loop haptic IOL group (15.22% vs. 4.17%, p = 0.046). Conclusions: In paediatric aphakic eyes undergoing secondary IOL implantation into the ciliary sulcus, one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic IOLs can reduce the risk of clinically significant vertical IOL decentration compared with three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOLs and may favour long‐term IOL positional stability. Histone lactylation is a metabolic stress‐related histone modification. However, the role of histone lactylation in the development of sepsis‐associated acute kidney injury (SA‐AKI) remains unclear. Here, histone H3K18 lactylation (H3K18la) is elevated in SA‐AKI, which is reported in this study. Furthermore, this lactate‐dependent histone modification is enriched at the promoter of Ras homolog gene family member A (RhoA) and positively correlated with the transcription. Correction of abnormal lactate levels resulted in a reversal of abnormal histone lactylation at the promoter of RhoA. Examination of related mechanism revealed that histone lactylation promoted the RhoA/Rho‐associated protein kinase (ROCK) /Ezrin signaling, the activation of nuclear factor‐κB (NF‐κB), inflammation, cell apoptosis, and aggravated renal dysfunction. In addition, Ezrin can undergo lactylation modification. Multiple lactylation sites are identified in Ezrin and confirmed that lactylation mainly occurred at the K263 site. The role of histone lactylation is revealed in SA‐AKI and reportes a novel post‐translational modification in Ezrin. Its potential role in regulating inflammatory metabolic adaptation of renal proximal tubule epithelial cells is also elucidated. The 17th and 18th centuries were a period of extensive cultural interaction between China and the West, and also the beginning of Chinese poetry translation in the West. Jesuit missionaries were pioneers in introducing Chinese poetry to Europe. Influenced by the Confucian poetic thought of Siwuxie 思無邪 (no depraved thoughts) and Ricci's accommodation strategy, the Jesuits translated poems from the Shangshu 尚書, the Shijing 詩經, and the Emperor Qianlong's Imperial Odes on Shengjing 禦制盛京賦, as well as works by Fan Zhongyan 范仲淹, Du Fu 杜甫, Shao Yong 邵雍, and even the poems in the exhortations of the Ming and Qing dynasties into European languages. These poems predominantly dealt with themes of moral education, the image of virtuous monarchs, and the Chinese concept of the Heaven–human relationship. Through intentional omissions and rewriting, the Jesuits incorporated their religious and political views into the Chinese poetry. Their translated works not only enriched European knowledge of Chinese culture but also demonstrated the complexity of Chinese–Western cultural exchange. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Interprovincial disparities in carbon emissions from the construction industry (CECI) are an important challenge for future emissions reductions. Based on the CECI data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020, the interprovincial equity and decoupling of CECI were examined in this study. The conclusions are as follows: (1): The main CECI growth regions were the eastern Bohai Rim region and the Pearl River Delta region. Heilongjiang basically achieved a CECI carbon peak in 2016. (2) The three northeastern provinces and western provinces were the main high–high and low–low aggregation areas, respectively. The greatest degree of inequality was found in the western provinces. The inequality between the eastern and western areas was the largest, while the inequality between the central and western areas was the smallest. The inequality in CECI in the north–south region decreased year by year. (3) The decoupling status of Shandong and some western provinces has significantly worsened, while the decoupling status of Sichuan, Yunnan, and some eastern developed provinces has been improving.
