Replacing thermoset insulation by healable and recyclable covalent adaptable networks is a promising approach to the sustainable development of electrical and electronic devices. However, the repair performance gifted by dynamic covalent bonds always conflicts with the excellent mechanical properties gifted by stiff cross‐linked networks. In this paper, by introducing dynamic thiocarbamate bonds, polythiourethane (PTU) with excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation comparable to commercial epoxy resins are successfully developed, which exhibit superior healability and recyclability properties. Sub‐centimeter scale electrical breakdown failures of the PTU samples could be efficiently self‐healed with a healing efficiency up to 90%, while the storage modulus and volume resistivity exceeded 2 GPa and 1016 Ω cm, respectively. Even though the electrical breakdown strength inevitably declined after multiple repair processes, PTU samples could restore their initial excellent insulation performance by simply reprocessing with the efficiency above 95%. Moreover, the efficient healability performance of large‐sized electrical breakdown failures remained after the reprocessing. Extracting the laser stripe center is crucial for 3D reconstruction using laser triangulation. However, automatically extracting laser stripes from complex surfaces is a challenging task. In this work, we have improved upon the Steger method and introduced a new laser stripe identification technique called the Breakdown Discharging Method. This method transforms the laser stripe extraction process into an electrical breakdown problem, where the path of discharge across an insulating medium’s surface is tracked to extract the laser stripe centerline. The primary advantage of the Breakdown Discharging Method lies in its ability to optimize the extraction of laser stripe centerlines, even on complex surfaces where the stripe may be unevenly illuminated or discontinuous—tasks that existing methods struggle to accomplish. Results from various complex surfaces demonstrate that the Breakdown Discharging Method is highly robust, effectively adapting to laser stripes on intricate shapes. This novel extraction method will advance the application and development of 3D reconstruction for objects with complex shapes.

Multiple ocular surface disorders are associated with the mechanical properties of the interface between the eyelid and cornea. Determining eyelid pressure is vital for diagnosing and preventing these disorders. However, current measurements rely on flat piezoresistive pressure sensor arrays that lack eye-motion sensing capabilities, resulting in discomfort and measurement inaccuracies. This study develops and evaluates an integrated, curved, flexible, dual-mode sensor array for simultaneous eyelid pressure and motion detection, using soft thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) films as transducers and substrates. A novel manufacturing method based on the electrical breakdown of the TPU film enables piezoresistive pressure sensing, achieving a pressure detection limit of 3.2 Pa. Eyelid motion is measured through electrical potential sensing, where changes in eyelid position alter the electric potentials at the receiving electrodes. The sensor's performance was validated with animal experiments involving rabbit eyes; eyelid pressure was successfully measured during eye opening and blinking. This flexible dual-mode eyelid sensor holds promise for monitoring eyelid pressure and assessing ocular surface disorders.
