Abstract

Joint Detection and Embedding (JDE) trackers have demonstrated excellent performance in Multi-Object Tracking (MOT) tasks by incorporating the extraction of appearance features as auxiliary tasks through embedding Re-Identification task (ReID) into the detector, achieving a balance between inference speed and tracking performance. However, solving the competition between the detector and the feature extractor has always been a challenge. Meanwhile, the issue of directly embedding the ReID task into MOT has remained unresolved. The lack of high discriminability in appearance features results in their limited utility. In this paper, a new learning approach using cross-correlation to capture temporal information of objects is proposed. The feature extraction network is no longer trained solely on appearance features from each frame but learns richer motion features by utilizing feature heatmaps from consecutive frames, which addresses the challenge of inter-class feature similarity. Furthermore, our learning approach is applied to a more lightweight feature extraction network, and treat the feature matching scores as strong cues rather than auxiliary cues, with an appropriate weight calculation to reflect the compatibility between our obtained features and the MOT task. Our tracker, named TCBTrack, achieves state-of-the-art performance on multiple public benchmarks, i.e., MOT17, MOT20, and DanceTrack datasets. Specifically, on the DanceTrack test set, we achieve 56.8 HOTA, 58.1 IDF1 and 92.5 MOTA, making it the best online tracker capable of achieving real-time performance. Comparative evaluations with other trackers prove that our tracker achieves the best balance between speed, robustness and accuracy. 2. A rotational ellipsoid model for solid Earth tide with high precision

Abstract

Solid Earth tide represents the elastic response of solid Earth to the lunar (solar) gravitational force. The yielding solid Earth due to the force has been thought to be a prolate ellipsoid since the time of Lord Kelvin, yet the ellipsoid's geometry such as semi-major axis's length, semi-minor axis's length, and oblateness remains unresolved. Additionally, the tidal displacement of solid Earth is conventionally resolved through a combination of expanded potential equations and given Earth model. Here we present a geometric model in which both the ellipsoid's geometry and the tidal displacement of solid Earth can be resolved through a rotating ellipse with respect to the Moon (Sun). We test the geometric model using 23-year gravity data from 22 superconducting gravimeter (SG) stations and compare it with the current model recommended by the IERS (International Earth Rotation System) conventions (2010), the average Root Mean Square (RMS) deviation of the gravity change yielded by the geometric model against observation is 6.47 {\mu}Gal (equivalent to 2.07 cm), while that yielded by the current model is 30.77{\mu}Gal (equivalent to 9.85 cm). Abstract

In order to solve the problem of poor mirror polishing effect of steel used in plastic die， the polishing efficiency of die steel is improved by optimizing smelting process. The results showed that the mirror effect was closely related to the purity of steel. From the electric arc furnace burden structure， deoxidization system， LF refining furnace argon blowing control， high vacuum degree cycle of VD vacuum furnace and mold casting process optimization， more comprehensive improvement measures were taken， that is， increasing the use of DRI， using silicon predeoxygenation， optimizing the argon blowing control of steel ladle bottom and improving the high vacuum cycle of VD.The effective size of inclusions decreased from 27.93 μm to 23.65 μm before optimization. The number density of inclusions decreased from 256 / cm2 to 176 / cm2， and the number density of inclusions decreased by 31.2%. The total amount of B and DS and TiN inclusions was controlled， and the customer satisfaction of polishing performance was recognized.

Abstract

By analyzing the characteristics of collaborative decision-making behavior of heterogeneous clusters, this paper introduces quantum decision-making model to solve the autonomous decision-making problem of heterogeneous clusters. Firstly, it is triggered from the OODA loop process to clarify the control mode of heterogeneous cluster collaboration. Then, aiming at the specific problem of heterogeneous cluster cooperative cruise, the tasks of unmanned boat cluster and UAV cluster are split, and the application models of formation optimization and autonomous detection are constructed respectively. The formation optimization algorithm is designed to dynamically generate the best communication formation structure. The quantum decision cloud and feedback scoring mechanism are designed to select the most suitable decision content among many possible detection options. Finally, the effectiveness of formation optimization model and autonomous detection model in heterogeneous cluster cooperative cruise is demonstrated by simulation experiments. Experiments show that the quantum decision model has greater applicability and mobility in decision behavior selection and optimization than the conventional decision model.

Abstract

The core pore structure of the target shale oil block was finely characterized using scanning electron microscopy， and a microscopic numerical model of the pore-scale core was constructed to elucidate the intrinsic mechanisms and the main controlling factors of spontaneous imbibition of fracturing fluid within the complex pore space of shale. On this basis， research was conducted on spontaneous imbibition within the fracture-matrix system. The Navier-Stokes （N-S） equations were coupled with the level-set method to track changes in the oil and water interface， thus clarifying the oil and water two-phase flow characteristics and evaluating the efficiency of spontaneous imbibition under the influence of the wettability， viscosity ratio of oil and water， and interfacial tension. The research results revealed that large and small intercommunicating pores in shale form intricate microscopic displacement units under capillary action. When the rock wettability presents a water-wet state， water preferentially infiltrates from the fracture into the smaller pores， expelling oil from larger pores into the fracture， and the produced range of crude oil within the matrix pores is wider， resulting in higher spontaneous imbibition efficiency. When the rock wettability turns oil-wet， crude oil within the small pores cannot be produced during spontaneous imbibition， while the water invades from larger pores， causing crude oil to be displaced from other large pores. This results in a lower spontaneous imbibition efficiency and a small range of crude oil produced in the matrix pores. The spontaneous imbibition in the initial phase is faster but gradually slows over time. Stronger water wettability of shale indicates a lower viscosity ratio of oil and water and higher interfacial tension， resulting in a wider range of crude oil produced within the matrix pores and a cumulative efficiency of spontaneous imbibition of more than 15%.

Abstract

The thermal expansion curves of 20CrMnTiH test steel with three compositions at different cooling rates were measured by DIL805 type quench deformation expansion instrument ， and the microstructures at room temperature were observed， the continuous cooling transition （CCT） curves were drawn. The test results show that the composition fluctuation mainly affects the cooling range of bainite and martensite phase transformation during the cooling transformation of 20CrMnTiH， and has little effect on the critical phase transformation temperature. The kinetic parameters of martensitic transformation of the three test steels were fitted by using K-M equation. Combined with the optimized Li empirical model and the regression equation of critical transition temperature， a prediction model of phase transformation prediction model of ferrite，pearlite and bainite during continuous cooling of 20CrMnTiH was established ，the influence of composition fluctuation on CCT curve of the test steels were predicted successfully. Furthermore， the end-quenching simulation model of 20CrMnTiH steel was established by finite element analysis method， which can better predict the influence of composition fluctuation on the hardenability of the test steel. This method can provide reference for the composition optimization design and material selection of gear steel.
