The quality of food safety sampling inspection data are a comprehensive reflection of the technical ability, professional competence, and management service level of inspection institutions. It is an important guarantee for the effectiveness of food safety sampling inspection work, and a key factor in doing a good job in verification and disposal work. Market regulatory administrations have strengthened the verification of food sampling inspection data in recent years, which have played a good role in improving the quality of food safety sampling inspection data. However, it was found that some inspection and testing institutions have some problems in sampling, inspection, and report standardization during the data verification process. It will have a certain impact on subsequent regulatory and administrative penalties. This article analyzes common problems in the daily sampling inspection process and proposes some measures to optimize food safety sampling inspection work, wishing to provide reference for food safety supervision and sampling inspection personnel.

Along with the arrival of the digital era, promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism with a digital economy has become a new driving force and goal. This study examines the mechanism of digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism based on the perspective of stakeholders in rural tourism development. After selecting the evaluation indexes of digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism, the weights of the indexes are determined, and the level of digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism is measured by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in a rural tourism site as an example. The driving force factors of digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism are selected from both internal and external dimensions, and the driving force of digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism is analyzed by using geographic detectors for divergence and factor detection and interaction detection. The results can be obtained that the overall development of the sample rural tourism sites is located between average and better, with a comprehensive score of 6.842, especially in its cultural digitization and environmental monitoring digitization, with scores greater than 6. Digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism is subject to the joint effect of a variety of factors. The number of Internet broadband access ports is the core factor, and the factor contribution rates are all above 0.8. The research on effects and driving forces in this paper is of great significance in achieving high-quality development of rural tourism.

Fully grouted rock bolts are widely used in mining, tunneling, and pit support, and thus the study of their anchorage performance is beneficial for optimizing the anchorage system design. In this study, an FDM‐DEM coupled numerical model is established to simulate the whole process of rock bolt pullout test and to investigate the failure mechanism of fully grouted rock bolts. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparison with existing laboratory test results. Virtual experiments are conducted on different models by eliminating the anchor plate, changing the layered rock strata condition, and adding bolts. The results show that the presence of an anchor plate will reduce tensile stress to restrain the rupture of surrounding rock and thus improve the strengthening effect. Due to the different bond strength and tensile strength of the soft and hard rock mediums, the layer sequence of the rock strata affects the maximum pullout force. The upper‐soft and lower‐hard composite rock strata (S‐HCR) exhibits single‐cone damage while the upper‐hard and lower‐soft composite rock strata (H‐SCR) exhibits double‐cone damage. The superposition effect of the anchor group on the stresses and displacements is the reason leading to the reduction of the maximum load‐bearing capacity of the rock bolts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the vigorous promotion in China of efforts to reduce pollution and carbon emissions, examining their synergies becomes increasingly crucial. This study used the multi-regional input–output (MRIO) table to build the consumption-based industrial emissions inventories of CO2 and three major air pollutants (PM2.5, NOx, and SO2) and constructed synergistic emission indices of the intensity and magnitude to identify and evaluate the synergy between carbon emissions and air pollutants in inter-industrial trade among 30 provinces in mainland China. The results show that more than 85% and 40% of inter-provincial and inter-industrial trades have synergistic emissions between CO2 and air pollutants, respectively. We identified 77 inter-provincial trades and 84 inter-industrial trades among provinces with strong synergistic emissions. They are mainly reflected in the demand of the construction industry in Zhejiang and Guangdong for the nonmetal mineral products manufacturing industry in Henan, and the metal smelting and processing industry in Hebei, along with the demand of the service industry in Beijing for the electric power, steam, and hot water production and supply industry in Inner Mongolia. Our study provides new insights into the synergistic reduction of CO2 and air pollutants within the supply chain, thereby enriching the discourse on regional and industrial synergies in achieving sustainable development goals. This study examines the intertemporal nature of countries' external adjustment by using two oil income shocks with different timings: giant oil discovery news shocks and contemporaneous oil revenue shocks from international oil price changes. Empirical estimates using a large panel of countries support the intertemporal theory. Net foreign assets hike immediately upon oil revenue shocks, but decline for the first 5 years after oil discoveries and rebound subsequently. These adjustments are largely through the current account but partially stabilized by valuation effects for oil revenue shocks. Oil discoveries attract FDI inflows, while oil revenue shocks increase foreign debt assets holdings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
