Purposes It aims to discuss how to effectively carry out the ecological governance of the coastline of Qionghai City, Hainan Province under the concept of One Health [1] to promote the sustainable development of residents’ income and provide practical cases and theoretical references for the ecological governance of the Hainan Coastline. Methods Use field research and random interview methods to obtain relevant data and conduct quantitative analysis. Results and shortcomings Residents’ income has stable growth, water pollution control effects are outstanding, and the governance of air pollution is obvious. However, there are still problems such as serious degradation of coral reef ecosystems and lack of effective funding for ecological compensation, mainly due to the threat of insufficient capital investment and human activities. Conclusions It is recommended to improve the sustainable development capacity of the township governments, build a reasonable ecological compensation mechanism, accelerate the transformation of the township governments to the ecological government, increase the implementation of green GDP, form a virtuous circle of compared to achieve ecological environmental protection and economic development. Department decision -making provides a scientific basis.

Osteoporosis commonly occurs in the older people and severe patients, with the main reason of the imbalance of bone metabolism (the rate of bone resorption exceeding the rate of bone formation), resulting in a decrease in bone mineral density and destruction of bone microstructure and further leading to the increased risk of fragility fracture. Recent studies indicate that protein nutritional support is beneficial for attenuating osteoporosis and improving bone health. This review summarized the classical mechanisms of protein intervention for alleviating osteoporosis on both suppressing bone resorption and regulating bone formation related pathways (promoting osteoblasts generation and proliferation, enhancing calcium absorption, and increasing collagen and mineral deposition), as well as the potential novel mechanisms via activating autophagy of osteoblasts, altering bone related miRNA profiles, regulating muscle-bone axis, and modulating gut microbiota abundance. Background: Lung cancer is the most prevalent cancer worldwide, with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounting for 85% of all cases. Circular RNAs(circRNA) play crucial roles in regulating the progression of lung cancer. Despite the identification of a large number of circRNAs, their expression patterns, functions, and mechanisms of action in NSCLC development remain unclear.This study aims to investigate the transcriptional expressions, functions, and potential mechanisms of circRNA hsa_circ_0050386 in NSCLC. Methods: Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was utilized for the analysis of hsa_circ_0050386 expression. Cell proliferation was detected using the IncuCyte Live Cell Analysis System and clone formation assays. Migration and invasion of NSCLC cells were evaluated through Transwell assays. Flow cytometry was performed to assay cell cycle and apoptosis. Western blot was used to investigate protein expression. Protein binding analysis was conducted by employing pull-down assays, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), and mass spectrometry. The role of hsa_circ_0050386 in vivo was evaluated through the use of a xenograft model. Results: The study discovered that hsa_circ_0050386 displayed lower expression levels in NSCLC tissues when compared to adjacent normal tissues. Patients exhibiting lower levels of hsa_circ_0050386 expression exhibited an inverse correlation with the Clinical Stage, T-stage, and M-stage of NSCLC. Functionally, hsa_circ_0050386 suppressed the proliferation and invasion of NSCLC cells both in vitro and in vivo. A comprehensive examination exposed the interaction between hsa_circ_0050386 and RNA binding protein Serine and arginine-rich splicing factor 3 (SRSF3), resulting in the down-regulation of Fibronectin 1 (FN1) expression, which inhibits the progression of NSCLC. Conclusions: Our study shows that hsa_circ_0050386 suppresses the malignant biological behavior of NSCLC cells by down-regulating the expression of FN1, and may serve as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for NSCLC treatment. Objective: The guidelines recommend early caffeine administration for preterm infants requiring non-invasive mechanical ventilation since earlier treatment is associated with better outcomes. The objective was to evaluate the impact of early caffeine therapy (within 24 hours after birth) on respiratory outcomes in very preterm infants who were initially receiving invasive mechanical ventilation., Methods: This was an observation cohort study from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022 based on a database that was prospectively collected and maintained. Infants who initially received invasive mechanical ventilation were divided into two groups based on the timing of caffeine initiation: within the first 24 hours after birth (early) and within 48 hours of birth or later (late). Generalised linear mixed models with a random effect model for the centre were used to assess the impact of different caffeine initiation times on neonatal outcomes., Results: Among the cohort of 9880 infants born at <32 weeks gestation, 2381 were eligible for this study (early initiation: 1758 (73.8%) and late initiation: 623 (26.2%)). For infants born at more than 28 weeks of gestation, the adjusted generalised linear mixed model showed that the duration of invasive mechanical ventilation was 1.34 (95% CI -2.40 to -0.27) days shorter and the incidence of moderate-to-severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) was lower (adjusted OR 0.63; 95% CI 0.41 to 0.96) in the early caffeine group compared with the late caffeine group., Conclusion: In very preterm infants who initially receive invasive mechanical ventilation, early administration of caffeine within 24 hours after birth can shorten the duration of invasive mechanical ventilation, reduce the incidence of moderate-to-severe BPD and improve respiratory outcomes. Coxiella burnetii is an obligate intracellular bacterium that causes Q fever, a zoonotic disease typically manifests as a severe flu-illness. After invading into the host cells, C. burnetii delivers effectors to regulate the vesicle trafficking and fusion events to form a large and mature Coxiella -containing vacuole (CCV), providing sufficient space and nutrition for its intracellular growth and proliferation. Lysosomal trafficking regulator (LYST) is a member of the Beige and Chediak-Higashi syndrome (BEACH) family, which regulates the transport of vesicles to lysosomes and regulates TLR signaling pathway, but the effect of LYST on C. burnetii infection is unclear. In this study, a series of experiments has been conducted to investigate the influence of LYST on intracellular growth of C. burnetii . Our results showed that lyst transcription was up-regulated in the host cells after C. burnetii infection, but there is no significant change in lyst expression level after infection with the Dot/Icm type IV secretion system (T4SS) mutant strain, while CCVs expansion and significantly increasing load of C. burnetii appeared in the host cells with a silenced lyst gene, suggesting LYST inhibits the intracellular proliferation of C. burnetii by reducing CCVs size. Then, the size of CCVs and the load of C. burnetii in the HeLa cells pretreated with E-64d were significantly decreased. In addition, the level of iNOS was decreased significantly in LYST knockout THP-1 cells, which was conducive to the intracellular replication of C. burnetii . This data is consistent with the phenotype of L-NMMA-treated THP-1 cells infected with C. burnetii .
