Introduction: Recognizing and evaluating studies in the field of health system management can be a solution to achieve better and more people in need of well-being and health. This study aimed to evaluate the scientific production of Iran's health system management compared with other countries. Methods: The present applied study was carried out using scientometric techniques. The study population was all the scientific documents available in the Scopus reference database, which were indexed with keywords in the field of health system management from 2000 to 2021. After filtering, 53,794 academic papers from 21 countries of the region were retrieved. Data analysis was done with VOS Viewer and SPSS22 software. Findings: By producing 14,152 scientific degrees, Iran has accounted for 26.31% of the total production of the studied countries and 1.15% of the world's production. There was a significant difference between the studied countries in terms of scientific production (p<0.001), citations received (p<0.001), and H index (p<0.001). Conclusion: Despite the growth of scientific production in the field of health system management in Iran and the countries of the region, its amount is still low compared to the global scale. Background and Aims: The well‐being of physicians in their professional lives has a major influence on the quality of medical care and patient outcomes. This study explored how Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) and psychological well‐being are connected to workplace spirituality (WPS) and demographic factors like age and gender. It also compared the average levels of ProQOL, psychological well‐being, and WPS between medical residents and interns. Methods: In a cross‐sectional study, 230 medical residents and interns completed three questionnaires, including ProQOL, Ryff Scale Psychological Wellbeing–Short Form, and WPS. The data was analysed using Pearson correlation, independent t‐test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression modeling. Results: Residents and interns had moderate ProQOL levels and higher work spirituality. However, medical residents scored lower in occupational spirituality and compassionate care fulfillment compared to interns while experiencing higher levels of emotional exhaustion and secondary mental strain. Gender disparities were significant, with women scoring higher in compassionate care fulfillment but lower in secondary mental strain. Regression analysis showed that occupational spirituality positively predicted professional, compassionate care fulfillment (B = 0.910, p < 0.001) but negatively predicted emotional exhaustion in both groups. Conclusions: These findings underscore the importance of understanding factors like gender and work spirituality to enhance the well‐being and quality of care provided by medical residents and interns. Objective: Bibliometrics is a field of research that provides a comprehensive picture of scientific publications by studying bibliographic information. This study was designed to analyze scientific publications and review the research process in the fields of spirituality, religion, and health. Methods: In this bibliometric study, a total of 19332 scientific publications on the subject of spirituality, religion, and health in the Scopus citation database were retrieved and analyzed. Results: The United States (U.S.) and the United Kingdom (U.K.), the University of Toronto in Canada, and Harvard Medical School in the U.S. are the top countries and scientific institutes, respectively, and published the most papers in the field. Analysis of the cooperation and citation network of authors, countries, and sources, as well as the coreligion network of words in the field of spirituality, religion, and health clarifies the status of scientific publications in this field. Conclusion: It can be asserted that scientific publications in the field of spirituality, religion, and health have experienced significant growth in recent years, especially since 2000.
